  Flicka I'm sorry you are so torn up about your spirituality. I understand the battle for sure. {huggs}

  My grandparents were witnessed to back in their 20's so my parents were raised and us siblings were raised as well. I got baptised at 19 after high school because I didn't want to do it when all my witness friends did, I wanted to make sure I was doing it for me and not social reasons. I had stayed quiet and to myself through school so I didn't make really close 'worldly' friends and then decided I passed the peer presure test and I would be a pioneer with spiritual goals ahead.

  It changed as my friends beckered and judged each other... they were all five years yonger then me hence why I felt maybe muturity level was in play. But eventually I asked myself... is this all life is about, I wanted more out of life. And things changed.

  Military Madness

  last night we woke to the rumbles of canons firing on camp pendelton and could see the flames of the grass fire they start.

  how many times (i can't even count them all) did you as a jw say "why would they answer the door in that?

  So MOST people (all non-jws) are led by the unholy spirit, all 7 billion, men, women, and children, even those who CLAIM to be Christians. Even having the Bible they cannot understand it without the WTS, right? Of course, no jws practice the works of the flesh, there are no pedophiles, wife beaters, children killers or wife killers, thieves, frauds, liars, etc. at the KH?!

  Has anyone read this? It's very interesting. I heard about this by a guy at my old job saying hey yeah JW had some influence as to our rights as Amercans... I was like huh really!?! Well he told me to look it up and see and I never really did. Then here today I came across this.

  "Most important, in ruling that Witness children could not be forced to recite the pledge, the new majority rejected the notion that legislatures, rather than the courts, were the proper place to address questions involving religious liberty. The "very purpose" of the Bill of Rights, wrote Justice Robert Jackson, was to protect some issues from the majority rule of politics. "One's right to life, liberty and property, to free speech, a free press, freedom of worship and assembly, may not be submitted to vote….Fundamental rights depend on the outcome of no elections." Jackson's opinion was laced with condemnation of enforced patriotism and oblique hints at the slaughter taking place in Hitler's Europe."

  hello friends,.

  it's been a long time... i'm on my husbands computer because my laptop broke down and i been procrastinating to fix it.. i was starting a thing where i was posting catching the manipulation in sundays watchtower article and getting feedback on where i could find the manipulation.

  but havent been able to do it because my phone just cant handle all the data, my laptop has black screen, and this is my husbands computer (getting on here is less convenient then my laptop thats mobile and will i can get things done at the same time).. even though i havent been sharing my comments every once in a while i kept coming back here to observe.

  .thanks wannabefree! i will try that!! that's exactly the prob. and yeah i can usually plug in my labtop to my tv.

  to the other comments thanks!! i will look at the website a lil more when i have time tonight. and yeah bible students sound neat but russels idea's seem so far fetch (after lookin at the liture) i like the idea to some degree but it's kinda weird. in my mind i think, keep it simple. lol no offence to those who do look at the idea as a sign frm god.
