They've murdered something like 18 police officers and injured hundreds of others. They've murdered other innocents as well. They've done hundreds of millions of dollars worth of property damage and absolutely ruined the lives of many business owners. They have not achieved one thing that is positive for the minority community. They completely blew up any shred of legitimacy in their pursuit, by their own admission and in their own words, of cultural Marxism. What they have done is nauseate and anger a very large percentage of the population, as well as expose prominent politicians who are supporting and enabling their use of violence in support of Leftist ideology.

The polls you are seeing invariably poll the general populace or registered voters instead of likely voters which leads to inaccuracy, they also relentlessly over poll Democrats by about 17%, as well as over polling women who have a tendency to vote Democrat. They are not remotely reliable. These are the same sources that said Hillary had a 92% chance of winning.

Absolutely correct there is an enormous amount of black on white violence. In general black on white crime is ten times greater than white on black. DOJ numbers also show that the 6.5% of the population that is black male commits 36% of homicides.

The Courts have held that the Clergy Penitent privilege does apply to Witnesses. You might not like it but that's a fact. Until that changes, which is unlikely because precedent has been set, you can mumph all you want about how wrong it is but it won't make any difference.

If they would let me change the face of the Organization, which I believe I could do with about two articles in the Watchtower, I would consider it. There are a lot of nice people in the Organization and there is an attractive sense of community so if that could be focused for good it would be worthwhile.

JW views on saving and retirement
by neat blue dog inprobably one of the most common causes of cognitive dissonance many jws face is the choice to plan for retirement.
if you're a good jw, then you should believe that the end will be coming soon, surely before you retire.
that's what i did when i was younger, blowing decades that could've been better spent because i believed the end was coming, so any planning was a waste of time.

In my experience only the dumb and the undisciplined actually practice the "relying" thing. I've know COs that had accumulated pretty nice portfolios over the years but they tended to only discuss it with people that had done similar things.
