All 4 of mine. went to an oral surgeon. wouldn't do it any other way. It really pays to research who you get work done by, and i you don;t like them go somewhere else. I had a root canal done recently, it was completely painless, which was a new experince for me, even in regular filings. This person just does endodontics, nothing else. Just need to find the right person, for me, that is usually a specialist.

I have to agree with the premise of the article, however I do believe it is the quality of high schools in the USA that is the cause of so many who are unprepared for college. There are also many worthless degrees out there, and we only need to many lawyers and MBAs.
The USA is losing the tech sector so fast because of this. Collage graduates are responsiable for the CDC techs working on protecting us from H1n1, and despite all the hype around Bill Gates he didn't write any of the 50 million lines of code for vista. If high schools sent kids to college with decent math and science skills there would be more oppertunities for these students. -

Missing meetings due to the weather, and then attending meetings is making me Bipolar I think.
by miseryloveselders inwithout divulging too much information about myself, i'm on the east coast, up north.
we've been hammered by snow storms, and from what i hear we've got another one on the way tommorrow night.
this month, i've missed 4 meetings total.

Missing meetings is the best cure for depression. As they say on Discover channel, "the world is an awesome place".
There is nothing better than riding my bicycle down a tree lined mountain path on a warm Saturday morning. Yes I said Saturday morning, because Sunday is for sleeping in.

this was writen by a JW...
As the months rolled by I observed local women perform duties usually reserved for men such as driving a fork lifter and bending/shaping steel reinforcing bars per the job specifications;
This is not unusuall in the past 20 years if you aren't in a demeaning religion that constantly puts women down.

Why does the WTBS hate sex so much?
by highdose innow i know they try to control everything and pretty much ban anything.
but sex seems to be somthing they can't stand and would like to get rid of completly if they could.
so many articles and so much conusel about not having sex or having anything to do with sex from any angle at all.

The only other function of sex is pleasure and something with that sole objective is always positioned as bad by the WTBTS.
I think this is their main problem with many things, like gambling and celebrating birthdays.

How miserable are Witless Kids REALLY?
by hamsterbait in25 years ago i lived in an apartment overlooking the grounds of the local high school.. at the time i still totally believed the lie.
a lot of the dub students went to my hell.. i noticed looking out my window, that the witless kids always looked miserable and isolated.
yet in the kingdumb hell they would behave almost euphorically.. what was going on?.

5th-think a lot of people want to believe their JW upbringing was miserable.
I had a great time growing up a JW. Kinda sucked at times being left out of some things but all my buddies stuck together.
Well good for you.
My wife had a good childhood also, her parents made sure she had friends, the visited other congreations, made up reasons to have parties, made sure she didn't feel left out at christmas. For witnesses they are the most down to earth and balanced one I know.
I am sure her experince wasn't unique, but on the other hand my childhood was one of isolation, we had a few kids in our own hall that kept to themselves and when they decided they didn't like you this week, you were stuck at home. My parents never arranged social events, I couldn't have any friends outside the congreation, we never visited others, we rarely traveled and spent almost every weekend at home.
It really varies widly, depending where you live. I lived in mostly rual area, there were only 4 congrations in a 50 mi radius. My wife on the other hand lived in a suburban/city area.

The toleration of evil and the issue of universal sovereignty explanation fails
by gubberningbody inof course i should have seen it right away, but i had two tickets to paradise, so i was willing to ignore all the things that didn't add up.. .
things that don't add up if jehovah has even a shred of morality:.
you don't tolerate evil for generations because you have a bet with the devil.. .

by awildflower inso this is inspired by my favorite poet edgar allen john doe!
sometimes we just need to say something completely goofy to relieve tension and have fun.
