There is no such thing as sin. Free will allows you to do what you want. Grow a beard for example. Exception, no free will in the Watchtower.

Who has committed the greatest sin...?
by Cthulhu inprior to my fade i grew a goatee and, as was expected, most of the folks at the hall threw a fit.
but then one brother asked me something.
he said "is it worse for you to let something grow on your face that would do so naturally if it were not for shaving it, or would it be worse for a printing corporation to alter the historical jesus by portraying him in countless instances as a beardless fellow in order to promote their view of what a 'good witness' should look like?

Christmas, the worst time of year for Jehovah's Witnesses
by koolaid-man inthe holidays are here and they certainly do present a problem for jehovah's witnesses once again.
christmas parties at work, getting christmas bonuses, dealing with holiday greetings, christmas carols, decorated trees and houses, santa claus everywhere, christmas candy, sleighbells ringing brings the witnesses into a very troubling and disturbing time of year.how do most witnesses handle it all?
we will be discussing these questions with former witnesses and active witnesses on the conference call this saturday night, december 19,2009 at 7 p.m. the conference call is presented like a radio talk show program.

As A Witness, Were You Intrigued By Prophecy?
by minimus ini knew some jws that lived for examining so -called bible prophecy per watchtower interpretation.
everytime they thought a "new point" was being brought out in a watchtower, they would begin their speculations and discuss their views with like minded theorists.. personally, i never got into bible prophecy, especially after realizing how the watchtower has changed their opinions over the years.. did you really get into prophecy or were you more into other aspects of jwism?.

What I want to know is,who was the one that actually dreamed up that stuff and wrote it down? Of course, now I know that it's all fiction.

Back in the twenties The Judge Rutherford printed the booklet: "Millions Now Living Will Never DIE!" They are all dead now including him! "You Can Live Foever On A Paradise Earth" they are not pushing that book out in the field service anymore! Big Big Lies!
At least with Santa you get something, you get to talk to a person that really listens to you, and then comes your request. With the Watchtower you get nothing, they don't give, they take and take and keep on taking, your youth, your power, your money, and your life.

If God Truly Cared About People Wouldn't He DO SOMETHING By Now?
by minimus ini know what the witness response is to this but what do you say now?.

You assume that there is a God for you to ask that question of those who believe a God exists. If God does exist then the answer to your question is yes if he cared about his creation you would think that he would of done something by now even 2,000 years after his son died to correct all matters.
However, sidebar discussion your honor, the responses are mixed, some answer from what the Bible tells them, others from what they beleve as to his existence or not.
My first paragraph answers your question. And we could stop there. because the second paragraph is really moot. Each has his / her own belief and answers to the great question of ....Why God? Why God? WHY!

Its the never ending question: "Where Are The Dead?" Pick whatever answer, belief system etc. gives you comfort while you are the one living. Then when death comes with all its denials???????
