You dont believe in Jesus...What about prophecy and their fulfillments

ok so i dont believe in the bible anymore, but i what about all the prophecies that were "fullfilled" by jesus and all of the other fulfilled prophesis of bible?.

as a longtime jw, i knew about 1925, 1975, the failed original expectation of 1914, etc.

in the first bible studies i conducted, we taught that the great tribulation began in 1914 but was "cut short" in 1918 on account of the chosen ones, that some flesh would be saved.

the great tribulation was said to have been in abeyance.

i've read by some posters that the watchtower was a "member" of the un.

i believe this is incorrect.. i only make this comment because if we were to repeat the thought that the witnesses were members of the united nations, such misinformation could backfire on us..

there was a time when a witness would proudly tell others that they were jehovah's witnesses.

now, more jws skirt away from expressing what they are and who they represent.

in the old days, you could comment at a meeting and express the research you did on a subject.

why did god wage war against the cannites?deut 20:17. the wt says "consider five common questions"i'll comment on question q1.

"why were the canaanites displaced?instead of displaced i would use exterminated.the wt "the canaanites were,in a sense,squatters in a land that did belong to them.".

at babel-here god "confused the language of all the earth"and in gen.11:7,8-jehovah scathered them from there over all the the earth" so where were the canaanites to go.god scathered them,years later he exterminates them nice.. bob.

i have noticed a very disturbing trend.

but i suppose when any religion owns it's deity (s) they can pretty much dress him any way they want.. religions are changing jesus from the kind peace-lover who advised his followers to "do good to those who spitefully use you" and "love one another, even your enemies.".

now, jesus is fed up and he's coming back as a killer.. .

when it comes to malware protection, a common mentality on internet discussion forums is to run a "cocktail" of security products.

the various products that get recommended are usually free and often second rate.. i've ranted several times against that sort of advice here and even said that i've yet to lose a bet with anyone who thinks that this makes it okay to visit the seamy underbelly of the 'net.

the bet is that i can find something malicious on their system that doesn't belong there.. .
