Anybody want to guess?
For some years the Office for National Statistics tried to hide the answer by counting different spellings as different names.
It no longer matters. All the variations are now topping the lists.
The winner is....
Muhammed.

every time i've asked this in an existing thread, i've never gotten an answer, so forgive me for starting a new thread in order to ask again.
i simply cannot figure out how to quote someone with the standard yellow box.
i can copy/paste the quote, sure, but nothing i do makes it appear in a yellow box like everyone else.

what i'm saying is the white race is the only one that has a verity of eye and hair colors , so what gives?
is it that this race was influenced genetically by a group of pre humans that didn't mix with other races?
.
What races? Give me the formal names
Conversations about racial differences always end up as pointless semantic debates.
Every attempt to divide humans up into groups is doomed to failure. There will always be exceptions and anomalies. What groupings somebody uses depends on their purpose. All systems are of course social constructs but they reflect real things.
A doctor considering a diagnosis of sickle-cell might have a more nuanced system in his mind from a policeman who has been asked to look out for an IC3 male.
We fear that paying too much attention to what distinguishes one group from another leads to discrimination. It is a legitimate concern. It's uncontroversial to observe that exceptional athletic ability is more commonly found among men whose ancestors originate in sub-Saharan Africa or that people from China are more likely to be lactose intolerant. According to some contributors to this this thread asking why some groups have more variety in hair and eye colour is highly controversial!
Should investigating questions about other potential differences be taboo for science? I'm not certain either way.

Anthropology abandoned the whole concept of race more than 70 years ago - TD
It is an affront to common sense to deny the obvious differences that are shared by groups of people whose ancestors share a particular history. It would be absolutely incredible if observable differences did not happen.
Racial differences are real, the can even be observed by forensic anthropologists from skeletons alone. . All racial differences are on a spectrum or more accurately a bell-curve. All such curves overlap. The interesting bits are at the ends. If you want to train the next 100m Olympic record holder don't waste your time coaching ginger kids in Glasgow.
In the UK the police use six "IC" radio codes to denote the ethnicity of persons they are looking for. IC1 is White - North European, IC3 is Afro-Caribbean, IC4 is Asian etc. These codes are used because they are meaningful and useful in most cases. When a policeman hears that a suspect is IC3 they can quickly eliminate a large percentage of people they observe.
All attempts to define race are of course imperfect and subject to exceptions.
i think the finished mystery book probably contains the stupidest beliefs ever recorded!
almost any prophecy publication but especially anything to do with revelation, is unbelievable!
.
Rutherford said a lot of crazy things.
There was an example of him pacing out how many yards it was from the room where he wrote some of his ravings to the place where was printed and somehow that fulfilled a prophecy in Daniel.
I read a lot of his stuff when I was in the process of leaving.I recommend it.

discussing the issues and losing focus of helping the hurt can become polar opposites at the same time.
I'm sure that is possible. Personally I try to keep a balance.
at what price or cost do we value over always being right to save face - over allowing free expression of other's views ?
I think everybody is free to believe and say whatever they want. I would fight to defend those rights.
Everybody has a right to their views if they aren't harming anybody.
We are all entitled to our own opinions but facts are a different matter. I accord people the respect of assuming they care about what is true. If we make assertions about reality it is only reasonable somebody is going to challenge what we say.
When somebody asserts that black people are under a curse that ought to be challenged. Muslims have used exactly that myth to oppress black people for centuries. It does harm others.
If I asserted that black people are under a curse the forum would erupt in a frenzy of justifiable outrage. If somebody says it is their religious belief that black people are under a curse and I object then again we get outrage.

The biggest problem with trying to have a rational conversation about race is faux outrage and virtue signalling.
The internet rewards outrage.

Discussing issues and helping the hurt are not mutually exclusive.

You believe in creationism and that black people are cursed. And you're happy with that.
Okay.
