3New DVD re Jerusalem's destruction, is not allowed to be viewed by the Bethelites
by Quarterback ini saw the recent video just released re, the destruction of jerusalemh.
it sure had it's share of blood and violence.
i would imagine that the rating of that dvd would be in the "r" category.. i do remember that when you fill a bethelite application, it states that you you couldn't watch an "r" rated movie.

I wish there were more JW's resisting the extreme elements within the religion
by Hermano ini wish there were more jw's resisting the extreme elements within the religion.
i beleive there are many who know some of the things they hear and read are whack, but stay because they think it's still the group god has chosen.
but there are ways to voice your opinion without being too vocal or disassociating:.

a very good friend of mine told me this :" if everyone decides to hide their own truth from everyone, the vast majority end up living a lie that really is unneccesary."
The great problem is how do we all tell the truth without being put under sanctions by the watchtower?
there are more of us than we know.(conscious class)
It takes great fortitude and inner strength to stand up for the truth and remain inside the congregation.

Mexico merger - WT AUG 15, 2012
by St George of England inin the latest 'study' version of the wt (aug 15, 2012) there is a report on the agm last year.. "balsatar perla interviewed three fellow members of the mexico bethel family regarding the merger of six central american branch offices with the mexico branch.
because of this merger, the bethel family in mexico has become more multicultural and international.
the influx of fellow believers from different lands has resulted in an interchange of encouragement.

the 30 hr special was not as well recieved this year as last only 44,000 this year last there was over 50,000
just like was mentioned on this site that the novelty would wear off

it was a slick marketing campaign. it was a circus like atmosphere. all the dubs lined up to drink the kool aid and open their wallets.
the RBC report shows that people are questioning the need for all the projects, but they had their reasons, more foreign language, older khs
it just reaffirms to me that they are more of a real estate developer than a religion

and another lady read the awake magazine and it saved her from cancer. the doctors said if she had not been home that satuday morning and read that awake and gotten checked out she would have been dead. so brothers go out in service more was the underlying message
