by Reality79 inso did the 'da society' give these dub internet savvies permission to start a forum?
because last i checked, the ole boys in their oversized brooklyn bunker didn't want their members on the internet unless it was to view their own official websites.
i thought maybe it was an apostate forum until i read their long winded, typically condescending jdub style membership guidelines:.

i remember some time ago there was a wonderfully written website which dealt with jehovah's witness children specific type of suppression causing a higher number of very creative children than other religious forms of suppression.
i was wondering if anyone remembered what this link was?.

i was a VERRRRRY creative kid..... but was discouraged by everyone in the congs..... one sister told me my pictures looked demonic.... >.< i STILL don't see how she got that impression.... i did pictures where the animals would all fit together.... like mc escher.... only i never used the same image twice....

Were you ever counseled in your talks by the school overseer for something stupid?
by life is to short inwhen i was a teenager i was always counseled because i have a speech impediment.
i have a real hard time with r's.
it was a nightmare giving talks.

my brother was counseled because he would deepen his voice to hide that his voice was changing. the overseer even mocked him on the stage. my mom is STILL pissed!

Someone Came Knocking Today...

as i was sipping my morning coffee, i heard a distinct knocking on my door.
the front door was closed, so i didn't open it.

last saturday JW's came to my door. my sis had spent the night and answered it. (i was in the shower) she said they knocked. i thought it was really weird too. my door bell lights up even. >.< i think more and more don't want people to answer. IMO, the leftover JW's are mostly just coasting.

the only guy i ever dated is my hubby. and he was a "dirty worldly boy". we followed all the rules, even better than anyone else. but everyone STILL treated me like CRAP. got accused of getting knocked up before i got married. (they didn't accuse me till after i was married) my hubby went with me to my JC. it was all the worst thing i've ever experienced. that was the thing that made me leave. moved across country. out for good.
he also got treated like crap by his own friends. even his best friend. because i wasn't a trinitarian and it was too fast. they kicked him out of his band because they thought we'd end up popping out kids, and he would miss practice because of me. lol. all of that just made us SOLID. :) now, all his friends are married. his best friend has a kid. (i dunno about the JW kids.) they all did things how they thought were the "right way", and WE are better off than them! lol. i LOVE it when their wives act totally mean to them in front of everyone, and me and my hubby end up looking absolutely PERFECT.... cause we ARE. ;) it's my silent revenge. haha.

he's going to just have to sit outside the door and wait.
i know it will be dissappointing to him , as he purrs like crazy while gathering in the experience.

oh.... cats.... lol. i now have 3. and yes.... there is something about the bathroom that makes them ALL go crazy purring and wanted to be petted. it's the only place 1 of them asks to be petted. another will ask in the bathroom and kitchen. i have no idea why.

just doing nothing but watching "that 70's show", laughing your butts off.
and then the next day, you have a meeting, and the elders come at your neck about being alone with the opposite sex, who happens to be your friend since second grade!
