i am sure we have all seen the recent letter to the boe concerning the change that will take place to the meeting arrangement during the week of the co visit.
to recap the basics: the meeting that usually contains the cong bible study (book study) and a co talk will be discontinued, publishers are encouraged to use their family worship night that week to cover book study material.. so here is a point that i think has been missed, or not even considered:.
if that particular meeting is hereby deleted from the schedule, the co and his wife will never ever have to participate in or go to another "book study", or "bible study" night again.
Isn't it funny???
Remember how the "book stud arrangement" was going to be KEY in getting us all through the Great Tribulation? There was even parts in the late '90s and early 2000's regarding emergency supplies, phone lists of publishers, etc.
Now......it's just an afterthought.

Without 1914, you can't get some weird connection to 1919..... I predict this entire eschatology will be pushed into the background and likely disappear once some of the current older JW's pass off the scene.
If you want to really laugh......ask a JW about 1919. The vast majority have ZERO idea what you're talking about.......and their entire 'religion' hinges on it....... it's comical.
you have the opportunity to sit and discuss what's on your mind.. what would you tell them??.

My advice: Keep it simple. These people aren't taught to think. This is what I do:
"Please show me where the Son of God and our King, Jesus Christ spoke to anyone about living forever on a paradise earth"
Oddly, it doesn't dawn on JW's that Jesus NEVER TAUGHT IT ANYWHERE......... keep in mind they believe billions will be resurrected and/or survive the End to live on a paradise earth..........but Jesus mentions it NOWHERE????
