I am going to write this as my year's text at the top of my note book....BUT, I think I will add atleast one verse of what comes next.

Isaiah 32: 15 till the Spirt is poured upon us from on high , and thecdesert becomes a fertile field, and the fertile field seems like a forest. 16 Justice will dwell in the desert and righteuosness live in the fertile field.

I actualy think this whole chapter gives hope for those traped as slaves to a publishing company or any other freedom and faith Stealing religion.

Selling Cars?

As for this car dealership...I have been making sure all my JW friends find out about them!

I don't send anything negative....just drop them a note about where they can get a good deal on a used car

the repercussions of my argument with my mother on the phone the other week are starting to make themselves felt.

let me be clear: i've been disfellowshipped from the org for two years now.

i'm loving my freedom of thought.. so i was talking to my mom [still in the borg] and started expressing myself on various subjects on which i disagree, or at least see room for philosophical "wiggle room" with the society's viewpoints.

I am assuming then you were a repentant sinner and needed help more then the boot! Although I believe religion is a choice and I would never tell anyone which to choose....this particular faith has been destroying families.

From youre past posts and this one I can tell your parents and sister love you very much and wish for you to be a part of their lives. This Religion Not God wishes to separate you if you do not comply and conform to their edicts. To me this is a great travesty and injustice. You are in a position now to maybe really show your family what this Religion is about.

If your battle strategy is absolute mildness and kindness....and you speak with this elder who as you say of him,"I really like this guy, he was one of the only ones who ever tried to help me, and I love him for it." Then whatever the outcome you and your family will know the "Truth" about "The Truth"

If a man as good as you perceive this man to be insists they cut you out just because you will not be a JW. Then they and you will know this Religion cannot be right. If this man reports back and it is like cyberguy says,"I suspect he may want to go after your parents for "talking" to you!" Then again you and your family will know what to do.

Now if you meet this elder and he is tolerant and doesn't manipulate you or force you to believe as he does.......and he gives everyone well wishes. Then again you and your family will know what to do.

All and all Our Czar this being frustrated about your family being in the JW Religion and an unrighteous disfellowshipment. (Any repentant sinner who is dissed has been unrighteously removed) May be coming to an end

I do realize it could mean your family would truly shun you for a time but, from how they have behaved so far I think in time they would never give you up.

Take Heart Dear Czar And Remember Those Who Fight A Warrior Who Is Tried And True

"Stories like this prove something that I have always believed; That the Holy Spirit does not stop communicating with us..."

This is something my children and I talk about alot. There seems to be teaching just jumping out every where. In songs and movies....novels....Other Religions. When you hear "Truth" that realy matters to Our Creator you know it and your heart and mind react. My spiritual freedom is something I am compleatly enjoying now that I am no longer part of the Borg....

Now if I could only get over my "Locutus" stage and stop hearing the voices of "The Collective"

Advice needed,,please read thread "tonite ...

i already replied in a another thread about my son, in my husband's thread about my birthday , entitled, .

i need some advice or experience from others who have kids with addh and other problems.

I know what it is like to cut things short or just not go some where at all because your child needs you. Your a good Mommy for being so understanding of your son.

My son is Autistic and has been a hand full at times. He has made alot of progress but there was a time he had no real comunication other then fits and pointing....so you couldn't always be siure what he wanted or needed.

He realy hates for me to leave him behind and because his father and I divorced when he was one he clings more and more!

his Nurologist recomended this supliment instead of drugs ....My son takes 1 200 mg capsule 2 times a day. Like you I never would want drugs so this supliment made me happy. It's called CARN-AWARE and it takes 8 to 10 weeks b4 noticing a differance but, there has been improvments in my son. There have been all kinds of children taking it....even ADHD children. Also though, I am going to try doing what is sugested by,"The Institutes For the Achievement Of Human Potential"

They make some incredable claims there but, it does seem to need real parent dedication by both Mother and Father.So talk to daddy Still for me it is worth looking into. In the mean time I focus on it realy wont be this way forever. they do grow up and leave no matter what thier life challenges are.There are independant living programs and job training out there. My gurlfriend's son is mentaly retarded and he now has his own apartment since he was 21!!! He and I go bowling together and have a beer or 2 I figure I only have my son a short time and will be without him longer then with him. So I am enjoying best I can him needing me but, always working towards him growing up to be independant and his own person.

It's a slow process when they have extra challenges but, as you know they are so worth it. e-mail me Dede if you want to talk....pettygrudger is one I know who probly has lots of ideas too!

When I was a kid I used to run home from where ever I was to watch"Spiderman" "Captian America" "The Incredible Hulk" "Ironman" and "The Mighty Thor"!! On channel 44 in The Chicagoland area! I still can sing all thier theme songs by heart!!

Also, I LOVED "Speed Racer" and totally had a crush on Racer X

When I was older I would wake up at an ungodly early hour to watch "Star Blazers" WOndered when Star Buck and Nove were gonna get together.

But I had a steady diet of cartoons...so of course watched The Super Friends....Hong Kong Fuey...Grape Ape....The Banna Splits Show.....Felix The Cat....anything animated possible. Tom And Jerry....Scooby-Doo....etc etc....

On top of my tv cartoon habit......I read comic books like CRAZY....Spiderman.....Dare Devil....Superman.....Batman.....Uncanny X-Men.....Cat Woman.....The Archies

As a matter of fact......I still read comic books!!! Never too old you know

after leaving jehovah's witnesses we experience much confusion.

what should we believe about god, religion, death , life , war, health, sex etc.etc?

usually we search out other ideas or beliefs and again find ourselves groping for another "world view" that will , at last give us peace.

I very much like what Donkey said...even though I am a believer

You are starting all a new! You have a clean slate....you can choose what you believe and have a relationship with your Creator based on how your conscience feels in your heart and mind. Not based on another's feelings and instincts but on yours!

If you wish the bible to be your guild read it from cover to cover. Focus on moral teachings 1st to help you guild your steps in life.

When I have a fav book sometimes I read it over and over. So for maybe ideas on end times and such you might want to read it over and over and see what strikes you! When I practice a piece of music I often read what was happening in the composers world at the time he wrote it..to understand his emotions and points of view....what inspired him. You may wish to do some history study along with your bible study.

No matter what you've been told you CAN have a personal relationship with your Maker. He is standing right in frount of you all you have to do is speak and listen.

I know that is simplifying it but, That is basically how I see it.

The point is....You choose who You are going to be and that is between you and God.

Hope this helped even just a little.
