as stated in part 1 the latter part of the 1980s and 1990s were very good for my wife and i. we are doing well spiritually and both had good jobs.
our increasing income allowed us to move at a relatively young age to a nice area.
we wanted to stay in our old congregation but i was told as an appointed man i should support the congregation in my new territory.. this new congregation had a completely different feel about it to our old one.

just wondered if many of you have sent any anonymous letter to the society expressing your view points and unhappiness with the way things are.. i am in the process of doing this, but wish to keep it personal and not show it on this forum as there is too much in the letter that might give me away.
the letter will be very sincere and honest.
it will be about 10 pages long and i will be sending copies to the governing body and to the writing department at brooklyn.
I'm wondering what you WANT to happen? I have never sent a letter to the society. Well once when I was about 7, someone in field service gave me extra money for the mags. I taped it to a note and sent it to Watchtower Soc. I never heard anything back. Any letters I have or would send out would be to individual people. lisa
the title of this series of threads is rhetorical.
i am going to answer it with my own experience.
before i do that, i want to discuss what we are told through the literature and the instruction that is given during meetings, assemblies and conventions, for the reasons why people leave the truth.. the watchtower of 15 november 2008, in the article help them return without delay indicates people leave because of the following:.
looking forward to part two.
I had to keep squintin' .............the letters were so small.
I guess I could have got up off the couch and got some reading glasses.
thank you for sharing.

i sneezed at work and one of my customers said "bless you.
" i wrote down a list of goals i want to accomplish and saying "thank you" when someone tells me "bless you" is on the list.
i froze and quickly censored myself and said "excuse me" instead.
The woman next to me at work sometimes sneezes like 4-5 times in a row. I say...Bless you everytime. ...well a few times, I said. I'm only saying this once...so make it stick.
I usually say, thank you, or excuse me..I guess depending on how much snot was involved. J/K

i know some people who swear by it.
and i know that according to the jw's its meant to be one of the ultimate wicked things to do but now that i've debunked most of what they taught me i''m starting to wonder.. .
so does anyone have experiance with this?
I've never been hypnotized, but only because I didn't want to spend the money on it. I would do it though.

if someone sends an email or text to an elder telling them that they are involved in a wrongdoing and not planning on stopping and then does not respond to reply emails or text messages from that elder, what will happen?
can the elders announce at a meeting that so and so is no longer a jw or do they have to inform them first?
i have a friend that did this and 2 elders came by her work to see her but she wasn't there, then they tried to call her at work but she told her co-workers to tell them that she was in a meeting.
o_O what if someone took her phone and made those message without her knowledge?

Any money they did earn, for this hoax, could/should be turned over to the rescue teams.
