PONDER THAT sometime in the still hours before sunrise.....

jehovah's witnesses are taught that they are engaged in a life-saving work.

in the louvre is a special vault with 15 miles of shelves containing medical treatises, cures, treatments, speculations, procedures from time immemorial.

now the fascinating aspect of all these state-of-the-art manuals and documents is that they are scientifically bogus!.

It would stand to reason that JWs have saved peoples lives by following bible principals...not because they have God's guidance coming through them.
Anyone, or any religion that follows or teaches what we consider good moral habits may or can help you live a longer (better?) life.
However the Jehovah Witnesses -GB - are responsible for what I would say to be millions of lives ruined, destroyed, or “lost” throughout the last 130+ years. My life and those of my family and friends being counted among them.

History shows this to be absolutely true...This can be debated all day however at the end of the day...the reality is - the truth is - More lives have been waisted then helped - WHY?
Because there are 7+ million JWs today who have been indoctrinated to wrongly believe that they are in the only true religion that God is using to guide mankind...
WHAT DOES THEIR HISTORY REVEIL? Here's one example of their guidance:

Awake! 1969 May 22 p.15
"If you are a young person, you also need to face the fact that you will never grow old in this present system of things. Why not? Because all the evidence in fulfillment of Bible prophecy indicates that this corrupt system is due to end in a few years. ... Therefore, as a young person, you will never fulfill any career that this system offers. If you are in high school and thinking about a college education, it means at least four, perhaps even six or eight more years to graduate into a specialized career. But where will this system of things be by that time? It will be well on the way toward its finish, if not actually gone!

Just because you don't like the answers doesn't make them untrue!!!

WE can never get back time...but NOW we can take control of OUR future and help others to not get caught in their trap.

no one must ever compromise any of the essential, life-saving truths from god, but to truly be part of the "one body" required of christians, everyone must compromise some personal beliefs, preferences, interpretations, etc.. the jewish christians in rome were commanded to give up the mosaic law.

this was a task that was most difficult for them.

Criticize THEM or what they say without bible backing? Where's scriptural proof that Id's them as Jah's Anointed!

First and foremost no one should have to guess what is expected of them...it should be clear and without doubt.
What a miserable effort God has done in making himself known...
7 billion people with about as many different ideas as to who God is...what life is about and what is expected from us.

Armageddon Fatigue

when i left the cult some years ago the response from the local jw's was venomous.

things have been changing lately, a number of elders have actually taken the time to engage me in conversation.

these tend to be those that were told they would never go to school let alone grow old.

Unfortunately some that I talk with...still feel that even though there are issues...this is still a good way to live your life by... :( ArMaG is coming just don't know when.
So the POPE GB can be wrong at most every level but they are still willing to put their lives in their hands. One Jw I talked with about this...I get the impression...uses this as a tool - the religion - to control his children.

Time and the INTERNET (easy verifiable information) is working against them and those like them. It has helped me and many here... so it will continue to help many more.

sometimes i think about stuff i read in watchtower literature and wonder if it would be received differently if it was just like, one guy with a bible, ranting as he paced back and forth amongst the jws.

"it's abundantly clear that jesus selected me to be his channel of communication with mankind.

It would appear that 'you' (JWs) believe what they do today based on what brought them into the religion. So many that I talk to do not know what the current belief are. They are still hoping the end will come in their lifetime and bring about the promised relief, with little thought as to what is said is going to happen to the majority of humans alive today.

For me it is the summary of all...You can see from what you (THEY) present as "truth" is not so...Because 'truth' never changes but JW so called "truths" do. SO their constant changing of teachings indicate they are not being directed by "a GOD".
