Just saw these RedLetterMedia videos recently. They are spot on. He mimic'd everything I think about the prequels and more! He even nailed down some reasons that I hated them, that I didn't even realize were affecting my judgement of them.

If there is one QB that matches up well against the Steelers its Aaron Rodgers. He is not only a great passer with great pocket presence nearly on the level of Ben, but he is also their teams running game. I predict the Packers will not run the ball once on their first drive (not counting Rodgers scrambling of course). They will spread the defense and try to pick them apart.
I'm still picking the Steelers but Rodgers will not be rattled by the Steelers, I think.

A few months ago, there was one day of the week I hated above all else. You probably know which I'm talking about... the day of the TMS and SM. I don't know which day you had yours on, but mine was always on Thursday. I used to loathe Thursday. I'd get up in the morning always in a bad mood. For some reason, I would ALWAYS have a headache on Thursday. It never failed. The looming threat of the meeting that night, always stressed me to my very core.
In just a few months, I love Thursday! I actually like Thursday more than any other weekday now. Because every time I come home from work on Thursday, I get the satisfaction of knowing I never have to waste my evening at a stupid meeting. I'll find myself occasionally thinking "it's Thursday, I got the meeting tonight" then I remember, "No you don't, you idiot. Woo hoo!"
I equate it to one of the best feelings in the world, waking up in the middle of the night thinking you have to get up, then coming to your senses and realizing you still have hours left to sleep!

I don't feel bad for these people. I don't wish bad on anybody but these people deserve bad. What a bunch of miserable pieces of crap. These people infuriate me like no other. I can't think about this anymore. Its just mkaing me mad.

Jan. 15th WT- Go to Meetings to Fight the Blues- Eliminate other Activities

starting on pg.22 in the jan.15th it deals with " coping with discouragement ".
it seems lots of jw's are under intense stress these days ( can you blame them ?

This is one of the best threads ever. Every opinion on here I have shared (minus Spade). Did they ever consider that maybe we go to the hall feeling tired and depressed because we actually had to be there? Did you ever consider that the reason we feel refreshed is that we get to finally go home? Meetings cancelled were the best. It was a free night! Party! It was like a freaking holiday!

How many times can you be rejected for reinstatement ??
by Pitchess Co-Gen inok lets say you get disfellowshipped and because of a disagreement with your "home elders"; you move to another congregation ( i already know about the "rule" where your publisher card stays with you old congregation ).
now lets say you want to come back, but your old congregation keeps rejecting you request for reinstatement ( 3 or more times ).
is there a rule that says that after the fourth rejection the decision to reinstate goes to the new congregation ?
