i was just imagining, what if a group started their own congregation, with all of the wackiest teachings.

can you imagine what that would be like?.

What if I am a disfellowshipped public school teacher?

could a parent put in a complaint to the school district and request that their child be transferred out of my classroom because i am exjw?

if they give me the jw school brochure (do they still do that?

sorry its been 16years since i've been out) can i just tell them i'm familiar with their teachings or should i just pretend i'm new to their teachings?....i'm a freshman in college so i have still a long ways before this situation is presented, however i"m trying to get prepared for it.

Granted some teachers can be Witches but

Teachers not only get a bad rapp from the WTS

when it comes to encouragement of higher education for witness children

beyond high school

But they seem to get a bad rapp on this thread

were they all heartless and mean towards Witness kids ?

I think blame for whatever treatment you felt you recieved

durin' the Holidays and such falls on the Witness parents and the WTS

becuase it was thier choice to put thier children through such

.

The teachers are required to abide by the rules of the parents

Jehovah's Witness parents are taught to thrive off of the persecution complex at their childrens expense

A friend gets his last check from a JW company.....

so basically he is a subcontractor for a company that owes him money, and has been paying him very poorly for his service.

(industry wide problem).

so he e mails them a venting e mail, saying he will no longer take work, giving them a date he expects the pay to be cut or he leins properties etc.... he gets a response, they go back and forth, and the last response they send the check and at the bottom post a scripture (he didn't remember which one) with the phrase "and we will continue to serve our god jehovah".

Will the Governing Body ever show a ' broken heart?'

psalm 51:17 says, my sacrifice, o god, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, god, will not despise.. .

as the evidence mounts, and fingers are pointed at the governing body for their complicity in the 'child abuse cover ups' ,.

...will they ever get down on bended knee and show truly broken hearts?.

i've been pondering......with this new "push" to direct individuals to thw jw.org website, even when the dubs are out preaching...what do you think the future will be for the preaching work?.

some time ago i read that the mormons have implemented a live chat feature that allows you to speak with their missionaries....i doubt the borg would do this, but i think they have something up their sleeves.. peace.
