The Williams Sisters need urgently a Bible Study because they ignore basic teachings of the Watchtower Society. Or the generous contributions by them to the WT really "washes"their sins and misconceptions of the Bible "truth"

Newly Built Greece Bethel Sold and Old One Kept

the old bethel buildings there had allegedly become too small and jw in greece were in need of a new building, a bigger one.
when the new one was finished, the old buildings could not be sold.

Shame on you...you don't trust Jehovah and his organization that is urging us not to miss a meeting, only if we have a serious sickness we are excused to miss a meeting. And a serious sickness is having cancer and being at the hospital with chemeotherapy, or having an operation. The rest are only excuses for missing a meeting. The faithfull brother he put Jehovah FIRST in his life and besides having a common cold he came to the meeting. Were is your faith? Instead of praising the brother for being so loyal to Jehoavah's arrangements you walked way from the glorious spiritual food that God's Organization provides you....

Scholarly support for 607bce ?

who is supposed to be answering some of my "concerns" with wt teaching that all the non-witness refs.i have seen to the fall of jerusalem place it twenty years later at 587-586 bce.. he maintains that some scholars support 607. does anyone know of a reliable scholar ,who is a recognised expert in this period,who does support 607 ?.
i am well aware that it makes no difference,as the bible nowhere gives us 2520 years,but i am fed up with his assertions and would like to blow this one out of the water so i can ask him to please check his facts.. only help if you really have time ,it's not life or death.. many thanks.

Survival of Human Consciousness Beyond Death
by Rapunzel into anyone's knowledge, has there been any scientific research into the question of whether human consciousness can survive beyond death?
i am referring to research studies conducted by neurologists, neuro-biologists, and neuro-physiologists.
as far as i know, reputable scientific studies feature such factors as control groups.

Nice to have this subject. I strongly believe that our Conscious, Soul does survive beyond death. There are many examples of people that had near death experiences. They discribed situations that normally they couldn't. Like "walking"through walls, seeing their body that was under operation, or events that happened to the next room and they discribe it after they came back to conscious.
An exellent book is Raymond's Rasty "Life after Life". In fact my dad had a NDE when he was in coma for one week in the hospital. Also the sanscritic Bedes describe NDE, plus those who had an NDE they came back with a different point of view regarding life, and they were more spiritual, and even had phsycic gifts. Plus all religions(exept WT I believe)have faith in after life
This are my concusions regarding life after death, or the Consciousness that we carry forever
