  The official story of the killing of the 15 year old kid is that the policeman was forced to shot in the air in order to protect himself from a bunch of anarchist that were throwing molotov bombs to him. the bullet hit a post and re-directed to the kids heart...

  The eye witnesses said that that the policeman shot the kid in cold blood, after a tempered arguing they had....the 15 year old boy was with 3 other kids, and not a banch of 30 anarchists,and there is a video to prove this by an eye witness that was filming at his balcony...

  I FEEL SHAME HOW LOUZY POLITICANS TURN MY COUNTRY.....I FEEL SHAME BECAUSE THOSE ARE IN POWER ARE PAWNS AND NOTHING MORE...I FEEL SHAME HOW THEY MANAGED TO TURN A PROUD COUNTRY TO A MISERABLE

  Yes my friends this is the real truth regarding the events. People got really-really agry from the murder of a young boy. The most amazing thing is that the "goverment" did NOTHING to protect the property of all those pour people. There is 6 days now and all they do is just watch the destruction of our country. The most crazy thing is that all the political parties do NOTHING...The Socialist Party ask for new elections!!!

  Our louzy politicians instead of taking care of the country all they care is elections and power. They NEVER care about the problems of the Hellenic people. THEY MAKE ME SICK...

  The reasons that people got really mad is due to our politicians. People in the Hellenic Republic are starving. Yes my friends, when a scientist graduates from univercity the salary he/she will get is not more than 600-700 euros. Less than 900 dollars A MONTH...

  The louzy politicians in Greece STEAL from the pour people. We have old people that they get penssion of 400 euro a month!!! The young people feel that there is no future for this country that is why they are acting like that. There are more than 400 pupblic schools today that they are under occupation by the students. They are protesting against the authorities.

  Young people are seeking for a future, and our louzy politicians deny to them that future. They are involved in finnancial scandals that shake the country and all they care is how to fill their wallets.

  In the riots the Hellenic people show that they need a better future. They destroyed Banks, Police Stations, Puplic buildings. And for the first time they did not demonstrate or even hit the American Embassy.(Unfortunately we have a real bad experience from the American politicians, and specially how they are involved in the coup in 1967, the ceasing of Democracy in Greece at that time, and the destruction and occupation of Cyprus by the Turkish invation in 1974. The Hellenic people they will not forgive Henry Kissinger for all the destruction he brought)

  People got tired from this situation. People in Greece they want their dignity back. That is why they are on the streets demonstrating, for a better country, and better life. We are the ones the show democracy to the world. We are the ones that the Western World is based upon. Science, democracy, arts, literature, language. Olyumpics. All those are based upon our Hellenic culture Is not accidental that every one admires our civilazation and copy us. Our buildings, our language, our ideas.

  We feel proud about that and we stand for, but we will not tolerate any louzy politicians destroying our country. We have enough of them....

  Yesterday young students demonstrating outside in a police station in Athens they said:

  DO NOT HIT YOUR CHILDREN WITH TEAR GAZES....WE HAVE ENOUGH TEARS ALL READY....

  The kids show us the way...they did it in 1973 when they were the ones who rise up our national pride, when they demonstrate against the army regime set by C..I.A. They were the ones that died in front of tanks screaming for- EDUCATION-BREAD-FREEDOM

  I feel that people are taking control in their hands. They got sick of the politicians and the New World Order. Yesterday we had demonstration in many other European Countries, like Italy, Germany, Sweden, Holland, and they all demonstrate against their politicians. People realize that their freedom is under attack. No one has the right to kill an unarmed 15 year old boy.

  The Phoenix raises from the ashes again...The Phoenix will fly and show us the way.....

  Anyone know Franz said Armagedon originally in 1974 then 75 then 76!!

  i remember a watchtower on adam and eve's creation from the late 1950's saying that 6,000 years ends in 1974!!!!

  then we know in the late !960's it was 1975.....and if i'm not wrong in crisis of conscience ray said that franz's again wanted to change the date to 1976 i think...but knorr questioned him over it........anyone have this info.

  I was 8 in 75..I do not recall the 1974 coming of the big A

  Jimmypage, Armageddon actually came(I guess you are too blind with your spiritual eyes to see it coming) but it was invisible, like Christ's presence in 1874, and in 1914,,,we are talking about invisible events from invisible prophets, who have INVISIBLE BRAIN...

  So invisibly speaking we are at the New System(that is visible only to the JW's), and we are invisible dead louzy apostates....

  Loubelle, at the Original Greek Text it says be perfect(telioi) and telios. Telios is refering to God, and telioi for many. Like we are perfect and I'm perfect. In the pour English language there is only one word - perfect. But in the Greek language when I say I'm perfect, it is prounounced- telios. And when we say we are perfect, we prounounce it - telioi...

  I guess this is the advantage for having the Bible written in your language. And specially the Hellenic language that is the most beautiful and wealthy languages in the world, with accurate meanings.

  as i announced some time ago, jwd as it is will not continue .... ... but .... it's clear from people's comments that they do like the site and many would like it or something else like it to continue.. one issue was the forum software that was self-developed and not really in a good state to hand-over to anyone but i've been working on that and can now reveal the first release of what will probably be called jwn (son of jwd):.

  it is still work-in-progress so not all features are enabled yet but it will allow you to browse the site in a similar way to this one and it is pointing at the same database (although because of the way the caching works, new posts made on this site won't appear immediately).

  i was struck by a quote in a very recent watchtower claiming that wts publications are now part of the bible.

  quite a bold statement.. how about these two quotes beside each other:.

  we would not refuse to treat one as a brother because he did not believe the society is the lord's channel.

  I will continue from were Martin stoped...JW's are actiually seperated themselves from the Bible Students Association. Booze Jo took with a coup the power over the LEGAL Board of Directors of the WT.

  That is why booze Jo changed the name to JW's in the 30's, in order to "avoid confusion"with the Bible Students that kept and still keep Russel's teachings. So technically speaking JW's are apostates from the Bible Students Association.

  I can use my personal expierience. I was 7 in 1975 and I still remember the agony of JW's that the end will come. In 1984 I quit school to become pioneer and "save" the world. In 1995 it was a turning point to me. In 4 years after that I became innactive. But from 1995 untill today the changes that took place are so many that even my self I hardly recognize the WT.

  JW's are so far way from their original beliefs that if Russell could come back and see who kept the teachings he left, for sure he wouldn't go to JW's. And the funny thing is that Jesus supposed He has chosen them because of their "unique teachings"that they teached back in 1919. So if Jesus will make an inspection on Plannet Earth like he did in 1919, then He would have chose again the Dawn Bible Students...

  here's my list i've seen live !

  ottmar leibert - new age / flamenco guitarist - very good show , good percussion and spanish style guitar ( 1993 ) .

  My last concert was few days ago when I watched White Snake, and David Coverdale..the guy rocks....specially when he sang "Soldier on Fortune" accoustic...In my opinion one of the best hard rock voices

  Elton John, he played solo with a piano under the medievial walls of our city...he was boring and his voice not so good

  Sting....great perfomer good concert

  Scorpions-they rocked like a hurricane

  Brian Adams...nice concert

  Chris de Burg...a good one also

  There was a band called S.A.S Band and it was made by Fish(Marrylions) Paul Young, Roger Taylor(drummer of Queen)and Spike Edney(keyboard Queen) they were good

  And some classic concerts:

  Pavarotti...it was the last concert before he died...he was tired

  Andrea Boccelli...great voice

  Deborah Myers and Mario Frangoulis(greek tenor)at the 2500 year old Greek amphytheater that we still use it for concerts!!!Great accoustic and the scene is magic

  it makes clear that we should trust the faithful and discreet slave because jehovah and jesus trust the "slave".

  the slave has been faithfully providing spiritual food for 130 years.

  The GB is gradually taken the place of Jesus in the WT world. 8 years after leaving the WT I can see that they are changing into a complete anitchristian-cult. They have graduatelly wipe-out Christ, and have replace him with the GB and the Organization concept. You can see that in their puplications, many times the WT study edition you can hardly find Jesus to be mentioned, in their assembleys you can have an entire day with not even one single talk having Jesus as their theme.

  GB knows that they are not stganding on solid ground, that is why they are trying to take the place of Jesus. This is a complete Antichristian method, because Jesus is the most importand subject for a Christian, and not a banch of old fools, that they have never been able to prophecy a future event.

  DF and shunning to end soon...jw numbers will triple

  recently at the beach house with my df studly son...a carload of young jw's in service drove by and saw us...old friends of his/me...they turned around and stopped...hugs and all!...i loved them treating him so human.

  most dubs now hate to shun...esp.

  their own family and there is less and less of it...my own mom will not shun my son, but dad will...she just told me she has no prob treating my son as just her normal grandson because she believe no kids should be allowed to be baptised!....i love you mom!

  Actually Oompa it will lead to the opposite out come. I personally know many JW's who they don't believe that the WT is God's Channel on plannet Earth. If it wasn't the shunning issue they would have left. They stay most of all for family reasons, and the fear of braking their families due to shunning policy.

  Plus the fear of the "apostates" that now they will speak free to their family and friends, and they might lead JW's to start having critical thinking of the WTS, is something that WT afraid most of all. That is why they are against the internet because the KNOW that they are a banch of false prophets and liars. What a liar afraids most it is to expose him.

  So can you imagine what the reaction it would be like for the rank and file when they will find out that there is no 607 B.C and that the GB knows that they are wrong about 1914 since the late 1960's??? Can you imagine what it would be like if they will find out all the events regarding Ray Franz, the Blood Issue, neutrality, the Brothers in Malawi and Mexico, Olaf Yionson and the Gentiles times??? How many they will stay in the WT???

  I can tell you my personal expierience regarding shunning, since I come from the Greek culture (mediterranean sea) that we have strong family bonds. My mam does not shun me at all and so does my sister. I was at the kindom hall few weeks ago(I had to take my mam since my sister she couldn't)I met an old family friend who gave me a big hug and talked to me, in front of the entrance of the kindom Hall. My cousin(Elder)he gave me a hug at the memorial this year and talked to me. My mother in law talks to me, and so do my 2 sisters in law. Also I have a cousin that she is disfellowshiped for getting married in the Orthodox Church, and all my relatives speak to her, and invite her at the weddings,and family gatherings. Most of my personal Jw's friends still talked to me and they give me a ring sometimes!!! I have said clear to all of them thay I don't believe that the WT is God's Channel on earth and I have become Orthodox.

  It seems that the WT American Cult did not managed to corrupt completely the family bonds of the Greek JW's.....Greek Family bonds are much stronger than the WT.....
