Methods used to defend the WTBTS - how sound are they?
by AK - Jeff inhave you ever noticed that the watchtower apologists always use the same argaments to defend the organization - and that these arguments are the same ones they use in reverse to attack 'false' religion?that the organization is made up of imperfect men - therefore it is bound to make errors in both doctrine and action at times.
but that argument is not accepted for say the catholic faith or the lutherans when they attempt to refute the accusation that they have not the 'truth'that we will wait on jehovah to clear up that issue or this - but the other religions are not allowed that defense.that we changed doctrine due to new light on the matter - but the other religions are following 'teachings of demons'.

LCD screens, do you have one?
by JH inthis week, i'll go and buy a lcd screen for my computer.
try to fit a 4:3 ratio picture into a 5:4 ratio screen, and it will distort.
i'd like to have your feedback on this, if you noticed any distortion in your pictures when you changed from a crt 4:3 ratio to a lcd screen 5:4 ratio.

Disfellowshipped vs. Disassociated vs. Inactive Relatives
by carefully faded inhi everyone.. i'm hoping someone can clarify a couple of points for me regarding how jw's are instructed to treat relatives who have left the organization.
i understand that people who disassociate themselves are treated primarily the same way as disfellowshipped ones.
however, what is the latest instruction for how to treat inactive relatives - not the same as ones who have purposely disassociated themselves, right?.
