Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word For The WTBTS To Say!
by JW GoneBad insorry to raymond and cynthia franz for expelling them on trumped-up charges and forcing them from there bethel home.. sorry for demonizing many of raymond's accomplishmets, such as 'the aid to bible understanding' (the blue book) that he had a hand in putting together and that too many old timers remember who grew fond of reading to expand their bible knowledge.. sorry to oompa for disfellowshipping him and causing him to be shunned to the point where he couldn't take it any longer and wound up taking his own life.
.
sorry seems to be the hardest word for the wtbts to say!.

Yeeeeeeeees! I made friends luckily growing up, wouldnt say that I had a best friend, but I did have friends. At the age of 11, I went through this uppity phase, thought I was holier than thou. I even stopped talking to a lot of Witness girls at my hall cause they werent 'spiritual enough'. Whatever the hell that means. I really regret it, cause I didnt know I was under mind control. Missed out on getting to know people. Huge regret. But growing up, people did call me a weirdo, thats even people at the hall, them of all people. But I still made friends growing up, I was really lucky. But I still got lonely and I got nervous. And my family always made fun of me for being awkward and strange. Always.

A sad day for a JW- they lost a study 'cause of me.
by Gojira_101 ina few weeks ago i posted a topic about a deaf woman studying with the jw's.
the deaf preacher from the woman's parents church contacted me to know more about the jw's because the parents were allowing their daughter to study with the jw's because "they are such nice people.
" anyway the deaf preacher contacted me because he knows i just left the jw's last year and he wanted information.. i was more than happy to provide it.

Yeah had a situation where a coworker was studying with Jehovahs Witnesses. I told her if she HAS ANYTHING to ask, let me know. Eventually she saw it for what it was. I think that people (especially women) love being a part of groups, especially when it has to do with God and religion. But with Jehovahs Witness even though there are more women, males are seen as more important.

Yeah in the dub world your either damned if you do or damned if you dont. They always see themselves as being the victim even if they caused the whole situation. Its never there fault. Its always your fault. Sorry about your ordeal and I hope that you heal fast.

After 2000 years since JC was executed ,why have we heard not a whisper from GOD ALMIGHTY ?
by smiddy inhe/she had no problem talking to adam and eve ,though they were sinners in his/her sight .throughout the hebrew sriptures, ot, he /she had no problem communicating with fallen man ,imperfect humans , to dictate his will to his subjects by means of prophets , male and female ,according to the bible , the old testament ,the hebrew scriptures , god communicated not once ,not twice ,not even thrice ,but dozens of times during the first 4000 years of human history according to the bible.. why has this god been so silent these past 2000 years ,when their have been atrocities above the scale of anything that has ever been seen these past 6000 years of human existence .. oh you may say that the atrocities were not committed by god they were committed by man.
fair enough .but god intervened in human affairs in such smaller infringements.
with prophets or so the bible says.. the so called apostacy after the last of the apostles , the influence of satan in the world ,( or was that after 1914 ,) and the 2000 year gap when christ was supposed to return ,never mind about all the crap that went before it .. the fact remains we have never heard from god ,any god, or even" a " god, with either his/her approval or disapproval of events good or bad these past 2000 years... smiddy.

Basically I can give my opinion and what I think the answer is. I know a lot of people on board believe in God, but for me, I do not. But if you want God I believe you can have him, her, it. I just dont believe in God, but that should effect anyone elses belief(s). But do I believe there is going to be an end of the world? Nobody can say whats gonna happen. But I am pretty sure there never will be. I believe its all mythology and mind control. ((Again, my belief(s), do not want to offend anyone who does)).

Yeah I remember the elders making a big deal out of my parents joining the Y. I actually did volunteer work there my junior year of high school. I NEVER told anyone at the hall cause I was so ashamed. I can't believe how gulity they made people feel about going to a gym that had 'Christian' in it. Thats basically the kingdom hell...I mean hall, in a nutshell: Shame and gulit and jealousy. I'm gonna join the one down the street from my house in a few weeks...trying to lose some weight before thanksgiving, doing the low carb thing.

The WTBTS-What A Joke!
by JW GoneBad ini found these questions that were part of a theocratic written review for the week of february 24, 2003 that are in need of updating:.
multiple choice: the faithful and discreet slave mentioned by jesus at matthew 24:45-47 is (a) the governing body of jehovahs witnesses; (b) all anointed christians as a group on earth at any given time; (c) jesus christ himself.
back in 2003 the correct answer would have been (b) all anointed christians as a group on earth at any given time.

This is the most messed up thing the watchtower does. But people like my parents do not pay attention to this. Their so brainwashed, they'll just say its 'neeeeewww liiiiiight, aight!'

No more district assemblies in Tri-Cities. News article
by Indian Larry infor years the christian congregation of jehovah's witnesses has held a regional convention in the tri-cities, attracting about 16,000 of the faithful who spend an estimated $8.6 million while in town.. .
but they won't be coming in 2014.. "what they told me is the decision has been made nationally to downsize the number of conventions from 400 to 100. they're simply consolidating," said kris watkins, president and ceo of the tri-cities visitor & convention bureau in kennewick.. .
