Superimposed witnessing
by zound inlol, just noticed something.
the images that appear in a slideshow on jw.org homepage with the heading beneath "the good news will be preached in all the inhabited earth".
anyone who's familiar with photoshop can tell that in at least most of those images (if not all) the witnesses are superimposed into the scenes.

At least some probably are. I know about photography and photoshop enough to say it's probably just the resolution of the photos taken that make it seem that way. So much detail it begins to look fake.

It happened my high school years. (which wasn't that long ago) Things eventually weren't sitting right with me and the Watchtower, add to that figuring out who I was. I started researching the organization, came to the conclusion that more than half of my family was right in leaving or not joining the cult. Later on I researched the bible and figured out it's all man made. I've always been very scientifically inclined so I didn't feel shocked much at all! I kept my beliefs to myself until I was ready to take the "heat" from the family who's in. Which wasn't much luckily. It's a very liberating feeling!

This happened about last week here in Florida. A bus carrying 32 Jehovah's Witnesses driven by a hired bus driver got lost on the way to West Palm Beach and crashed at the entrance of Miami Int'l Airport. Dozens were injured and 2 passed away. It is very sad news, especially with everyone so tight on money and so brainwashed, that they look for whatever they can to make "Jehovah" happy. The bus company has had a few violations for overworking their drivers, and I'm aware the buses they tend to rent are usually old and in bad shape (I've riden in some) due to the congregations' financial status. They were probably heading for a circuit assembly or special day. Now JWs in South Florida have to travel twice as long and many more times a year to WPB for their assemblies after the Assembly Hall at Griffin Rd. was closed and sold.
News story: 'I Tried to Help Others,' Survivor Says of Deadly Bus Crash at Miami International Airport
What's sadder is that for some reason, the driver kept going after clearly visible signs and pleas from the passengers asked for him to stop.

New light or did the speaker just pull this out his wazoo?
by pubtruth ini went to the last day of the dc here in west palm beach, just to make my mother company.
wow, what a difference can a year outside the lie can do to perception.
it was the same crap as you'd expect but there is a plot twist: the speaker was so into the talk he was actually starting to shout and wound up mentioning that they now know how many angels will be needed to destroy everyone at armaggeddon.

It was the last talk of the day before the concluding prayer. The same speaker also mentioned the case in France, he was over-the-wall-balls happy. "No one can touch Jehovah's kingdom!" *drone applause* Those were like his last words.
It wasn't a CO/DO or a bethelite.
For those who want to know I attended a Spanish convention and I live in South Florida, Miami exactly.
...
To me it was to hype the crowd up even more at this "outstanding revelation" It certainly shocked and rattled everyone who was awake. LOL

Did anyone else hear this at their DC if they even went or were awake for that matter? I was dumbfounded with how delusional he was sounding and all the drones we're gobbling it up. Intensely applauding. My aisle neighbor was pretty fed up and refused to clap on the last talk, he was visibly tired, even started sucking teeth at the talk. LOL! I actually heard a few people say expletives and get visibly upset during both sessions because the two speakers went past their cue. Cutting lunch by 15 mins and then making us stay longer (the 37k guy). Some just got up and left. 2 left way before lunch and were never seen again in my row.
Jehovah's spiritual banquet is stale and unsalted haha!

Haha this happened last night. There was this little girl, no more than 4 years old or so, in the row in front of me. She would constantly get off of her chair and walk back and forth to the 3rd and 4th row (i was watching this on the 5th), hugging her mom and dad then going back to her grandmother. Time for the wine came and the girl was in the aisle, the grandma quickly snatched her and sat her down, right when the wine made its way to her row. This was when I had to contain my laughter. Grandma was holding the wine glass ready to pass it, the girl was looking the other way. Grandma grabbed her to get her attention. The girls reaction to the wine glass was hilarious, shaking her head like she had been shown something innapropiate. She didn't say anything but it was like she meant "NO NO NO I don't want any Granny". Boy did she get a whisper scolding afterwards.
