  How did you deal with your Bible Studies when you learnt the WT secrets?

  i don't know if this question has been posted before, but for those of you who learnt the truth about the organization, how did you deal with any bible studies you had at the time?.

  did you come straight out and say, "excuse me, but everything i have been teaching you is a load of crap"?.

  did you terminate the bible study?.

  I had 22 Bible Studies (or I may miss some). By the time I know Rand Cam scandal, I still conduct a group of 4 Uni students. I told them the truth:"I teach you everything good from the Bible,as we agreed from the beginning. We only use WTS publications as a skeleton. Like Jesus said in Matt.23 about teachings of Pharisses 'Listen to them but not following their course'So now I found out WTS is a crap Pharisees. It's up to you, whether we stop or continue this Bible Study, for me,myself, I'm quitting JW." They agreed to continue with me without WTS in mind. However, after around 7 months, I couldn't continue with them for I feel guilty if continue based on a WTS Pharisse publication. I stopped. They understood. One of them accepted an active JW doorknocker offer to continue. Three quit. Then U.N./N.G.O. scandal come, the fourth one (still get along well with me, I informed her about N.G.O.) she also stopped. For all others, they rang me up to ask why I did not attend meeting anymore. I told them the truth and warned them "You may still go to the KH, but please minimize your time with them, give time to look after your family first," they all agree. For many others, they are far away, I don't have any mean to contact them. I made a website say sorry to them and give same warning+advice "Spend time for your household/family. Don't involve more than a churchgoer" jwsons

  Can You Picture Jesus Christ Being a Jehovah's Witness???

  think about that for a moment....... if jesus was a jw(as jws claim), how would he have handled various situations??

  for example, if peter denied him 3 times, what would've been different?

  or if the disciples fell asleep the night before he was to die, how would a jesus christ jehovah's witness have handled it?.......you get the idea.

  my all time favorite is to kill a mockingbird - harper lee.

  i also love shogun by james clavell and east of eden by john steinbeck.

  Are You SURE JWs Don't Have The Truth???

  According to WTS definition of "The Truth," they simply don't have the truth:

  ?The truth will not allow for all the different kinds of religious doctrine in the world?There can not be two sets of truth when one does not agree with the other. One or the other is true, but not both. Sincerely believing something and practicing that belief, will not make it right if it really wrong.?

  the other day i received an email from a man in croatia, who sent me and someone else a copy of a picture from a wts magazine.

  i wasn't quite sure about the contents, but it looked to be legitimate----but being in croatian i was not sure of what it actually said and i ended up putting it aside intending to check it out (if possible) and then forgetting all about it.

  he had also sent this to another person, who went to the trouble of verifying the facts and getting an understanding of what was being said in the picture.

  I got my baptism in a bathtub. People in Africa can get their baptism even in a stand oildrum (off-course, after well-cleaning). They stand inside, pour water until the oildrum full. The brother who takes the role of John the Baptizer stands outside the drum and push the head of brother/sister inside until none of the hair float.He He He. Not U.N. symbol at all. Maybe The Watchtower printed that picture on purpose so latter on they may clear off the mess of NGO. Unfortunally, Kent found out NGO scandal before they can do something like "Long before we did use the facilities from NGO/UN in The Watchtower picture....bla bla....So we use UN/NGO for the Kingdom needs....bla bla..." jwsons

  here's a thread for all of you to thank those who helped you make your way out of the org.

  i'll start.. i'd like to thank my ex-fiance for the support that she had given me when i needed it the most.

  when i was faced with the elders coming to give me a shepharding call, she had given me the encouragement to stand up to them, and tell them truly how i felt.

  I should say thank to Watchtower Bible and Tract Society Branch of Australia, where I odered one of the Bible Dictionary (of-course I ordered the bookcounter at a KH because it's in the price list) Branch of Australia ended up with a book handed to me with a sticker price (cheaper than KH price-list, which I did pay WT Society Branch of Australia for--!!!??). However, I never complain about it for few dollars more than real price, actually those few dollars are priceless. Why? In the price sticker (with barcode etc..) also had the Bookstore name in Sydney (Koorong Book, it also has branch-stores in Brisbane, Melbourne and other states). So I went to that "Babylone the Great" Christian bookshop to have cheaper price and found out Ray Franz books. Voila.

  So, our "brothers" in Australia Branch Office has a connection with a Babylon the Great bookshop and bought the cheaper price reference books from Her (the "Harlot" bookshop) and resold to me with a dear-price to gain benefits for "Kingdom" and made me find you out, friends (Robdar Freeminds, Simon of this board, HawkHawk, Dutchies, Lady Lee etc..)

  Any statement he made, almost never have references from Books, pages, from Authors, etc..Typical brainwashed Scholar (among many "scholars" from Kingdumb Hall University)

  the christians and blood.

  the watctower society agrees that the law of moses no longer applies to christians.

  yet it says that this particular rule about not eating blood was repeated to christians in the so-called apostolic decree by the apostolic council in jerusalem.
