  dear friends,.

  just in case some here do not know.

  i am for the reform of the watchtower and am working towards that end.. if you will read my posting history you will also see that i am in support of the younger anointed who are being ridiculed and trampled in the org.. i believe in honesty, and just want to make sure all here know where i stand.

  5...at least as far back as I remember...

  and no, that article did not surprise me at all.

  What disappointed me was that as a little girl I was told that I couldn't do 'that' to myself...(i.e. "play with myself")...because that was only for married people to enjoy. WTF!!!?? The guilt I had was unbelievable everytime I 'satisfied' myself that way. Eventually, I was able to master that urge. (HAR!) ...only for awhile.

  I can't tell you what that weirdness did to my first sexual experience with another person.

  2. Canadians have rewritten their legal definition of marriage to include same-sex couples, saying denying gays and lesbians the ability to marry offends their dignity, discriminates on the basis of sexual orientation and violates their equality rights under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
  3. We have decriminalized the possession of marijuana...not quite the same as legalizing it, but it’s a step in the right direction....although I must confess.... I do not smoke it. This decriminalizing of mj is so awesome in the face of the U.S. gov’t trying to force US to just say NO. Not fair that the U.S. was trying to dictate to us. *(Did you notice the big US and the little us?)
  4. Our Prime Minister told US, (that is, Canadian citizens), that WE would not go to war in Iraq without UN approval...that is to say...we wanted proof of the Weapons of Mass Destruction. Can you IMAGINE the pressure on our Prime Minister, honest-to-Ned?!! He never gave in though. THAT makes me prouder than ever to be Canadian!

  I've joined the world of cat owners.

  my sister has a friend who does animal rescue work and she had this one cat who is blind and deaf.

  she had to keep the poor thing locked in a small bathroom in order to keep her safe from the other animals.. well, i felt sorry for her being locked in tha small space.

  i only have trixie inside and she loves cats, so, i brought her home with me.

  Obviously you really are a newbie when it comes to this. Don't you know that you have joined the world of people who are owned by cats? Definitely not the other way around as per your thread title. You'll learn in time.

  Congratulations! What a dear, sweet thing to do. I'm sure your new baby appreciates it. (I must say that I think "Stevie" would be a fabulous name, especially given the head movements you've described.)

  I think it is one of the most appalling things I've ever heard, if it's indeed true. Even worse than parents who merely refuse life-saving blood transfusions for their children (that's horrible enough). To go so far as to reject a child who has had a blood transfusion forced upon him as he is 'no longer the same child'?! Abominable!! Imagine what that little boy has gone through! Such purported "parents" need to be forcibly sterilized post-haste. Perhaps then they would divorce each other, as neither would be the same person anymore.
