I think it is one of the most appalling things I've ever heard, if it's indeed true. Even worse than parents who merely refuse life-saving blood transfusions for their children (that's horrible enough). To go so far as to reject a child who has had a blood transfusion forced upon him as he is 'no longer the same child'?! Abominable!! Imagine what that little boy has gone through! Such purported "parents" need to be forcibly sterilized post-haste. Perhaps then they would divorce each other, as neither would be the same person anymore.

hello people who read this post by me..... sometimes i don't know why i start my own threads...not any body really responds to me.i thought i had friends here,that i could whine and be a big sookie to and that would be ok.sorrie if i offend anyone here who does care.. well,some of you may know i have a disabled child with autism.i am at my end of my rope with him.i love my son a great deal but sadly to say.i may be placing him in a home.for he can get the help he needs.i know there isnot much help for austic people and i know i basically get no help for matthew.
(petty i am still thankful for what you tried to do for me,you mean a great deal to me) i have asked for help,over and over.i asked for teaching for myself,for i could help my son.it will not be givin to me.
i get some goverenment help for my son,whcich is 300 a month for care ,trasportation.it doesnt help at all.people want 10 an hour or more to take my son out,and i have to pay for places to bring him....gezzzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Our government-sponsored HMO can be a real b#*&ch sometimes, can't it? Have you tried calling the Department of Health and complaining? (You'd have to do this about a hundred times before you will get a response, but you just may get somewhere.) Perhaps if you could detail to them the kind of assistance you are looking for, (maybe a comparison of the services that would be available to you if you lived out west), that may help. What about your health plan at work? Any assistance there?

You're right Beryl, it isn't fair, nor is it logical. (But then again, show me something in the bible that is logical!)
Another thing that always bothered me is along the lines of what you mentioned about a person's "heart condition". JWs go on and on about how so and so had the right heart condition and accepted the "truth". For some reason though, after baptism, so and so is repeatedly warned not to trust his heart, as it is treacherous. So, it's trust your heart if you agree with us, but don't trust it if you don't. Makes perfect sense, doesn't it?

Oh good gawwwwd! Do you have any proof to back up these ridiculous assertions? I'm sure that after more than ten years of marriage and all of the ordeals of getting pregnant by in-vitro, Celine was really trying to "trap" her man as per her family's counsel. Puh-lease!
