so the watchtower says they don't teach children to shun their df'd parents if they are not living in the home per their custody packet.. so what happens once they turn 18 and are no longer legally bound to court orders for visitation?.
does anyone have any experience with this.
did your child begin shunning you once they turned 18. curious how to disucss this topic with your kid before it gets to that point..

do you make use of the head-sweating apparatus?revised reprint from the witchtower, july 2010. .
in a family and in a house where it is available and used, this little all-purpose device surely will obviate the need for a doctor many times.
das goldene zeitalter [german edition of the golden age], december 1, 1931, page 359. .
Omg .... silly idiots! Wonder how many were
electrocuted trying these out!!!!
Aawww ..... jesus liked this stuff so much

i totally discovered ttat in 2004.. at first, i told my jw relatives each & every thing i found out.
they didn't appreaciate it.. then, i read coc and realized that that was the wrong approach.
so, from about 2007-2013, i rarely said anything to them abou the jws.. well, i just don't care any more to pussy foot around them, making nice, and smiling.
I am there!
i just compared the latest data provided by the german wt and data i found searching for the same page in archive.org.
congregations 2011: 2232. congregations 2014: 2210. kh 2011: 1075. kh 2014: 1034. source: http://www.jehovaszeugen.de/statistik.18.0.html - this is a oficial site for germany.
.
it was a long time coming for me.....when i read about the extened generations, after being raised on1914 being the be all end all, and millions would never die....that was the end.
i was part of the 1975 fiasco, the 6 month only truth book studies, suffered through a disifellowshipping and their version of a rewind.
i finally am free and hope others can eventually look in instead of inside looking out!
When I realized it was a cult!
I realized that everything was controlled,
wt gave us all the answers .. but they also
gave us all the questions!!!!!!!!! ding ding ding!

Just want to say it is great to see so many newbies

does anyone know if any of the current governing body members became a jw as an adult, or were all of them raised and bred a jw from childhood?.
i have a theory that the jws that are "born in" and stay in tend to be more extreme and less reasonable because that is all they have ever known, especially if they are sheltered and groomed to be a good little jw.. and i was just looking at what i could find about the newest and youngest member, mark sanderson.
he was born on february 4, 1965, and he was baptized on february 9, 1975 ... a few days shy of turning 10 years old!
Interesting question! I'd like to know that too,
as well as each member's education level!
i didn't go to the convention but have family who did, all are going on about the resurrection talk, how there wasn't a dry eye in the arena.
and apparently a video was shown too on it.
we lost a family member some years back and they are on fb talking about the resurrection and new world coming soon.
I've heard this crap since 1960 .......
How many people do you think have died
since then?
Horrible cult!

we all know he's evading the question by talking about those who somehow avoid the baptizm, but it really does not matter.
