  Paranoia after today's Watchtower

  boy oh boy did i feel paranoid at today's wt.

  not only are we to watch our associations outside of the congregation, but also watch our associations 'within' the congregation.

  this was emphasised by the wt study conductor.

  Do I ever! I had not been attending mtgs for awhile and went back (thinking god would kill me if I didn't ;-( ) and was caught off guard by a 'marking episode' Omg ...... when did 'we' get this cruel! A poor teenaged boy had his name called out and they said not to associate with him! Not worthy!

  Still sticks with me today .....that horrible silence in the congregation, the kids ashen face .......gutted.

  Was this love? No ...it was "having no NATURAL affection" !

  WT's methods break the spirit, stop the growth & often kill the person!

  Any funny stories of when a"brother" giving a talk, said something "funny" or "questionable", and didn't even realize it?

  there were always all types of speakers in the org.

  myself, growing up a "witness", must have heard all types of talks, and given by all manner of speakers, especially on sundays, when almost every week we would get a "visiting" brother giving the public talk.. sometimes, you would have a "great" speaker, all fluent and animated.

  other times we would get a comical speaker, one who would maybe purposelly get a few laughs outta the audience.

  All so funny ..........I was just new to the KH, maybe only my second time. Totally green on all their subjects like Dead Sea Scrolls, fragments & KOTEX .....wtf Completely embarrassed! Never heard the word Codex before (in my late teens).

  * "the sisters will be inside stripping." ..can't stop laughing with this one!

  * "Can you imagine saying to a house holder ' hey today we call this our S.H.I.T day......and give a a big cheesy smile " ,,,ha ha ha I always called it that!

  OrphanCrow......just great news! Wow ....poor Mom .....she supports her own child nothing from the father and these GP's want to indoctrinate the kid into their cult. Haven't heard this news till now. Thanks for letting us know.

  i've known about ttatt since ive been 18, im now 22 going on 23 but still go to meetings because of parents.

  I feel sick ....they have my grandkids.

  This may have been the feelings of those Jewish people who were in Hitler's concentration camps in WW2 .....watching their families walking in lines over to the Showers. The awake ones knew that they would be gassed.

  Liars of the worse kind. Both Hitler & Watchtower GB. In so many ways they mimic their Method of Operation.
