We had one on large gatherings every other week. Apparently the reasoning was "Bro. so and so was going and hes and elder". Apparently there were Jehovah Witnesses weekend at some hotels that the witnesses started losing control and engaging in loose conduct. Thats the most reoccuring one.

A funny local needs was Gossip. Everyone knew they where talking about Sister Dick.(that is her name). She wasn't in out cong. she was in the other one. One little girl raised her hand and ask why Sis. Dick got a talk just for her.

Elder Called...

after sending in my da letter the elder that i genuinely like called me this morning.

i instructed in my letter that if they decided to talk to me they would be limited to only the bible.. i need some thoughts.. i want to go in prepared with points of discrepancy that i can point to directly in the bible...its sad becaus i love the friends its the culti-ness i cant deal with.

Yes, they should. Its dangerous in certain situations not being able to communicate in the language of the majority.

That doesnt mean that others can't learn another language.

Actually, I don't know if this can be classified as new light but they now say that testing like the Boreans means testing against other WT publications.

I believe its in the Bible Teach book. They compare it to a teller at a bank and counterfeit money.

Has anyone counted Parttakers as published in the yearbook?

i was just wondering if anyone has ever counted the yearly parttakers.

2005-8524.. based on these numbers 36373 has been anointed in four years alone.

am i mistaken to understand that the 144000 is to go to heaven and are apart of the anointed class and therefore these part takers are also going to heaven.
