This picture speaks a thousand words to me! It used to be me during 'witnessing', I hated it so much I eventual woke-up.
There are countless JWs out there that are in the same boat and will wake up sooner or later.

I cannot take credit, I am not the author. There are several more at http://www.reddit.com/r/mybookofbs
Excellent! Thanks :)
That is freaking hilarious ex360shipper!!!!
I love it!!!
exciting times.... son moved out of his jw home this week amid uproar from mother because he has follwed my advice about moving out and starting a new job.
visited him tonight in his new digs and he said: "don't know if i am going to stay in the truth"...!.
my advice was if that is what he wants to do then perhaps now is the time to not go to the new local hall and do a fade.... daughter read animal farm for school and commented: "i can see a few similarities to the jws in that story".... my response was well, wait till you read 1984 darling!
Great news!
I enjoy your updates on your kids Oz.

alan john miller (1962), more commonly known as a.j.
miller, a former jehovah's witness elder member and now leader of the australia-based divine truth movement.
[44] miller claims to be jesus christ after reincarnating in the 20th century with others to spread messages of what he calls the "divine truth".

Can you spot Jesus?
This was taken back in the 80's, not sure if Jesus has been back since, seeing that he has been busy with getting Armageddon ready for the JWs . . . lol

alright so i know this is a tricky subject.
but i'm curious to know right now more than anything.... i keep hearing that the number of jws around the world is growing.
is this true?
this is a song thread that will take a little thought.
i'd like for you to share songs that sound atmospheric and conjure up feelings of night air or a smokey room, the energy of the ocean's roar or capture the joy of a party or celebration.
the songs can be transportive and take you other places by their sound and the visuals they evoke from the stories they tell.. my first one is from tim mcgraw.
Lisa Gerrard is just amazing!
She's an Aussie from Melbourne. Most people have no idea who she is but they know her work/voice. She received a Golden Globe Award for the music score to the film Gladiator! That's her hauntingly beautiful voice.
Her album 'The Silver Tree' blows my minds eye every time I hear it.
Here's one of my favourites: DEVOTION

this thread is a repository for anyone to submit a watchtower parody they've created.
feel free to add your take on the watchtower.
i'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
Here are two:
Not all JW parties are this boring but I have been to a few that were.
The more 'spiritual' the host the more boring the party!
