hi i want to tell my story and get advice.
i'm a single sister ( in usa) that has been baptized for 20 years.
i came from the world, so did not grow up in the truth and i have no family in the truth -- i am alone.. last year i met a brother & we did have premarital sex while we were dating.
Before you apply for reinstatement, you would do well to investigate the history of the organization to determine whether it is really "the truth" and "Jehovah's organization" as it claims.
I suspect you have some doubts about that or you wouldn't have posted on this forum, but maybe I'm wrong about that...

It's similar to the questions:
1. If the faithful and discreet slave is really Jehovah's channel of communication in these last days, exactly how does he communicate with THEM?
2. If the faithful and discreet slave is really Jehovah's channel of communication (in a way that no other religious organization is), why have they gotten so many things wrong that needed to be changed?
3. If the revelations the faithful and discreet slave receive from Jehovah are progressive truths (getting brighter and brighter), wouldn't they start out as true but incomplete rather than as totally false?
Remember how the WT used to boast that they don't have to ask for funds because the brothers cheerfully and willingly contribute?

he makes the comparison between the ''slave class ( who disappointed others when the end didn't come ) to a barking watchdog ( who in his enthusiasm barks at nothing in the middle of the night and wakes up the owner).
Adopting the "GB are just humble brothers whose only fault is their excessive zeal and enthusiasm" defense...

now the average jw uses this to back their doctrine and it seems in itself virtually impossible to reason with them on it.
The WT doesn't believe that man will actually be with Jesus in paradise.
They teach that he will be on earth and that Jesus will always be in heaven.

then one talk about kids of baptised jws hope they will make it but even them don’t know.
most jws probably think that some good people who are not baptised may make it through, but this is not official teaching?.
If the WT said that today people who just didn't know enough would make it, then it would be better to keep them ignorant by not going to their doors.
Moreover, JWs would be in a worse position than a completely ignorant person next door because JWs might prove unworthy and not make it.
Can't have any of that.
So the WT must have it that only JWs will make it.
That not only makes it essential to be a JW, but it heightens the urgency for JWs to witness to as many people as possible so as not to incur bloodguilt.

The GB wants to micromanage JWs' lives but escape responsibility for anything they do.
