yet we know the destruction of jerusuelem was not 70 years before, it was at 586 bce, not 607 bce.
so this here is a clear contradiction between secular evidence and the bible.. atheists = win..
I think this is one area where the Bible and secular history agree. However, neither the Bible nor secular history agree with the WT's version of the NeoBabylonian era.
Atheists = Win.
Theists = Win.

it is impossible to unweave the complex cobweb of a failed marriage and totally understand it, let alone to generalize the occurance for many other couples.
but, let's assume the case of a marriage of two typical jw born-ins.
as far as jw's go, they grew up without major disfunction, still talk to their parents, etc.. in cases like this, how many of these couples are still together?
My wife and I are born-ins. Still together. We both came out of the organization at the same time. Our marriage is stronger now that we are out. It is based on a much more realistic foundation.

Don't leave magazines. Just print out flyers... one sheet. On the sheet it would simply say, "Jehovah's Kingdom arrived in 1914 and chose JWs as the true religion. Call this number <<KH number here>> if you don't want to die a horrible death in the streets by the hand of The Almighty." Put one under every door you can find and run.
i hate doing this type of thread.
none of us are perfect, least of all myself, and i would rather focus any criticism on the watch tower society for damaging people's lives.
however, in the short period since i've been a member of this forum i've noticed one member in particular deteriorate in his behaviour into the type of individual who threatens to undermine the credibility of the entire website.

In this case, only the "logically minded ones using sound judgement" will recognize who these ones are. If you don't recognize these ones, then you must not be using sound judgement.
