Yes the dubs are going crazy with joy at the thought of the 1000's being killed and having their lives destoryed by the earthquake/ tunsmai.
I'm not and I am still "in" at the moment and I know of many genuine JW's that wont be going crazy. However, these occurrences will cause some to question if there is an increase.

I try my best to sleep in the afternoons(bible on knee-elbow on bible-hand on head) but my wife or one of the kids usually gives me a nudge. At the moment I am going for the "drink a shed-load of alcohol tonight, headache and doze for most of the morning" tactic.
Sadly, my cynicism is becoming apparent here (at home) and there are "falling outs".

I just had a conversation with my son, he is very enthusiastic about tomorrow (only for the young sisters that will be dressed in their best and gagin for it in my opinion) and tells me not to be a cynic!

i know that since the witnesses don't like education b/c one might learn to think, members are consigned to certain jobs.

the new version sounds like a death march anthem.
the melody has changed and i think the words have also.. i truly used to like that song and it was one of the first song's i could sing as a kid.
Funny, I was sat with a guy the last time this song was sung. He is slightly deaf and so speaks a little loud. As they gave out the song number and as soon as he saw that it was "we're jehovah's...." he said to me (which can out as a mild shout) - "yet another song they ruined". The back three or four rows heared it, it really was a class moment!
