"However what’s noteworthy is their willingness to adjust their understanding when absolutely necessary."
If it becomes absolutely necessary there can be no willingness about it.
just answer this question in an honest and unbiased way, free from any circuitous reasoning or speculation.
if you do so, i swear to my heavenly father, that i will call the elders tonight and turn myself in.
any active jw may answer this question.

looking for information to make the july 15th, 2013 watchtower make sense, i came across the e-watchman website.
is he a jehovah's witnesses waiting for the reformation or a apostate like all of us on jwn?.
his post on the "faithful and evil slave" is very enlightening, according to his question he received from his readers, the watchtower said "there is no evil slave class" to eliminate fear the evil slave is working at bethel!.
Rather than letting Jesus decide whether they are the FDS or the evil slave they have judged themselves and found that they are none other than the FDS.
did jehovah's witnesses plagiarize hwa's false prophecy of 1975?.

bangalore.
The JWs repeated their own history. They originally taught that the 6,000 years since Adam's creation ended around 1873/4. Then in the 1950s they came up with the new light that they were 100 years out and that Adam's 6,000 years would now end in 1975.
i had posted this a few days ago and got no response, then i realized i had messed up the title, so here goes again;.
i have learned from a credible source that jws from the us have recently gone to morocco to witness, where the work is under ban, and while living there have lived under assumed names.
this is (according to my source) under the direction of the branch (i'm not sure which branch it would be, but i would guess france).
Data Dog "There are other ways of preaching without breaking the law."
There is no need to put JWs under unnecessary risks.
If the WTBTS were to come up with other ways of carrying out the preaching work there would be no one left to peddle their publications door to door.

The WTBTS have had no problems in directing their followers to break the law when it comes to their preaching work.
They openly brag about bringing in banned publications (not just bibles) into certain countries, for instance.
Emeth it is sad that Rutherford put JWs in such a position in Germany and the fools still stood by him and his organization.
whoah this video is so sad and cultlike - the most uncomfortable 6 minutes i've sat through for awhile.
the gb have seemingly pulled the rug from beneath the gillead missionaries and assigned them internally to bolster the organisation.
closing the ranks.. .
Sending the specially selected, trained troops in as reinforcements.
This was another opportunity for the GB members to dignify and glorify themselves, no doubt they believe this is also God's will.
looks like they're trying to transition from john 17:3 old new world translation to new new world revised gray sword bibles john 17:3 from:.
"their taking in knowledge of you" to "knowing you".. looks like it will be a new feature column, here it is in january 1st 2014 wt:.
bible questions answeredwhat do you know about god?
Does that mean they will do away with the numerous pre baptism questions?
it is painful to read.
check out the 1/15/14 wt.
i am going to throw an invisible party to celebrate.
I noticed that too SkinnedSheep -
By enthroning his Son as the Messianic King, Jehovah had, indeed, become King in a new sense!
I can only think that they are up to their normal tricks by just throwing in a statement that will totally confuse the sheepies, that way you distract them from thinking deeply about the rest of message. Also, if you don't really believe that Jesus became King in 1914 then you could just consider that in some sense he did.
Or someone is trying to introduce the idea of the trinity.
another tidbit of information about this generation from the 1/15/2014 study edition under "let your kingdom come - but when?".
they've changed it again.. this generation will not pass away14-16.
what is a third reason for believing that gods kingdom will come soon?.
The more you try to explain untruths the more you get your knickers in a knot.
They don't even know who the anointed are as they don't keep any record of them. How do they even know that the second group are 'advancing in years'? Soon they'll be telling JWs that they are only talking about anointed members who make up the FDS.
The 'we understand' refers to the group of 8 men sitting in a room discussing the issue. If this is the type of new light they can come up with then we are going to be thouroughly entertained in the future.
so i waz reading the august 15 wt study article, elisha saw fiery chariots, do you?
and it made me think about this forum.
if you remember, syria was hunting god's prophet, elisha.
Insight and faith are not the same thing and you obviously need more insight to understand that.
