From what I am reading it seems that even if further loans are forthcoming it cannot prevent the eventual 'meltdown' of the Greek system.
Just what such a 'meltdown' would look like I am not too sure of.
?
more than one million people are out in the streets today in athens, greece, protesting against the new financial measures that the government is trying to pass.. the building of the greek parliament is blocked by protesters.
situation started to get bad, since the police had a clash with a group of "anarchist".
i guess we are all anarchists in greece, since we are looking for a better future for us and our children.. the corrupted governments that ruled this country from 1974, when dictatorship ended, have lead to poverty 11 million greeks.

i love home remedies.
being able to use things from around the house to fix stuff, or treat illness is great.
a couple that i have used:.
For those pesky crabs. Pour a shot of vodka on the pubic area. Wait one minute then sprinkle on a pinch of sand. The crabs get drunk and throw rocks at each other. Works like a charm.

Our government runs on the same fiscal level as some individuals. "I can drive a $35,000.00 car for only $$299.00 per month. A 52" $1500.00 plasma TV = $25.00 mo., etc. etc. Then when the installment payment budget gets tight take out a second mortgage on your humble squat, pay off all that crap, enjoy a well earned vacation (you will need new clothes, camera and souviniers of course) and get a fresh start.
glub glub

Exactly, James.
The Wisconsin rhubarb was/is NOT similar to the Greek uprising. A bunch of overpaid, underperforming union parasites were throwing a tantrum over a teensy cut in their fat benefits and were about to have their corrupt Dem/Union money laundering scheme of "collective bargaining" brought down to earth.
The chickens are coming home to roost for socialist governments all over the world. The US is coming late to the party but will get to this point eventually thanks to big unions and progressive libs, ala, the Wisconsin shake down.
i just remembered this the other day and i had to share .... we were watching the brad pitt movie 'benjamin button' with some friends.
it's the story of a man who ages backwards.
while we were watching it, my friend made the comment "wow, that is what's going to happen to us in the new system".
(i know, i know, "who's gregor and who cares?).
anyway, i thought that just about everyone knew by now that i am gregor.
the name change was not because of public reproof or disfellowshipping.
Call anytime, Syl. You're up awfully early this morning. My Left Toe and I have been awake since about 3 am PST.
Botch, you and Moshe must not be far from where Glanders are built. I'm ready to cast off on a moments notice. Bring plenty of Scotch.
Rob, sweety! I am still healing since you found someone else.
Leaving, My Grandpa was born near Tupelo. Beautiful Mississippi !
Bek, hope your din din didn't burn. You can't wait for it to come off the grill, you have to take it off.
Well, the sun is coming up. Think I'll try to go to sleep.

the cancer finally got to her and now my sisters and i are left without our mother.
we take comfort only in knowing that she is no longer in pain.
how do people move on from such a massive loss?.
My sympathy and sincere condolences. As others have said, grief and time will bring things to a place you can accept.

Anyway, I thought that just about everyone knew by now that I am gregor. The name change was not because of public reproof or disfellowshipping. In fact the whole thing was kind of an accident.
A Glander is a really sleek sailboat and I like the name.
