I spoke to Craig once by phone. We lived in the same town and discussed maybe getting together which unfortunately was never put together. Bikerchic, I am so sorry to hear this sad news.
My sincere condolences,
Gregor
i was given the link to a bit of information regarding on old poster/moderator of this forum.
i was not sure of the validity of the information so have been trying to find out if it is true.. earlier today craig's estranged wife, kate, (bikerchic) confirmed that craig died at his home on aug 10, 2011.. i am sure that many people here remember craig's time here and how he went out of his way to offer support to posters, even calling them, to give whatever help he could as they adjusted to their post-jw lives.. i know many people here will grieve his loss.. --------------.
ps i tried posting this earlier but the computer i was working with would not allow the posts.

When I was a kid I didn't like those Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers movies my mom watched. Now I really enjoy them.

Weren't they great? The unbelievable sets, costumes and choreography. The music is still around today. The one we watched today starred Ruby Keeler and Dick Powell. Or, as I told my wife, Rubies Keester and Dick's Pal. These movies were in black and white but the cinematography was dazzling.

We need more of these "Defend Obama" threads as therapy for the poor Obamazombies who know what's coming and can't deal with it.
just got back from driving my daughter, her significant other, daughter's cat and s.o.

some observations:.
How are your hemorroids?
the goverment mandate a freeze on oil prices and.
roll the price back to $2.
a gallon for two years.. how would it help the economy.
Oil is a commodity on the market. If anyone 'controls' it it is OPEC. The cabal of oil producing nations who adjust production to keep prices at their optimum. With a sinking economy world wide oil demand is forseen as going down. Therefore, prices will go down. There is nothing 'evil' about this.
The US Govt. should "Roll back" the prices on the retail price of an international commodity? A commodity that is taxed by every fed, state, county and city bureaucracy that it is sold in? Gasoline is already about $2.00 gal. The rest is taxes.
