  i hadn't read any other comments that spoke of a movement among jw's but i have to ask.. background in italics before the point of the thread:.

  i was in the company of my never-ever-a-jw sister and my jw mother.

  sis was exposed to the religion as a youth just as i was, but neither of us stuck with the jw's when mom was df'ed in 1976 when armageddon didn't come and mom went back to the world.

  help needed now for letter to diss

  and i dont want crazy ideas,im sat here trying to write it and i cant even start it,.

  help please, plus the elder whos coming to visit me at 6 who thinks im going to be nice and let him in and get brain washed in to going back is a realy nice person and im softy so im not gona be in im gona leave letter on door for him to take,im going movies wi kids.

  well iv wrote a short one just saying we are dissing ourselfs from em nd to leave us alone respect our wishes and take us off the list of addresses for calling on and no phone calls bla bla,

  gona go movies then go out by christmas decor and stuff,stuck the letter to door so hoping by time i come home its gone,

  i put it on door now cos u no what they like theyl come like 3 hours early,

  Marital Due and the KS

  i just did a 'quick' search and 'marital due' doesn't appear to have made the 'list' of issues addressed in the ks!.

  did i miss something?????

  shouldn't the blantant repeated refusal (not justifiable under illness, ability, or discernable reason) be an issue addressed?.

  my husbands mom left her husband other year cos shed had enough of him shed not had her due for like over 10 years and she ran off with another bloke, now her kind ill husband is on his own now he dint give her her due cos they old and hes not able to anymore,

  first christmas

  the reason i have such a big deal about it is cos im still religiose not in a jws sense,

  and i want to do whats right,

  i was looking on internet last night about christmas its origins and all the other religions that dont do it

  and that has now put me off it,

  its all screwing with my head i want to do it feel its ok cos its just somthing for the kids and then i like all the trimings that comes with it,

  then i think nooooooo its all wrong i cant, my heads messed up,the closer it gets the more i duno what to do,

  bad happens in all religions theres secrets in all ov em and alot disfelowship just the same,

  i can remember some years back someone saying dont listen to apostates and i said what are apostates and they said people who go against jehovah and preach false truths to turn us away from him,

  i said why are u saying this and they said there was a woman in my area doing this,

  i said why, they said cos she dont beleive the truth,and the devils using her to entrap his sheep,

  at the time i beleived them,and this is some years back so they been telling us to not listen for a long time, and this woman used to be a wit aparently to,

  as for the elders book regarding the blood transfusion,well i had one a few years back and no ones said anything to me

  well i havnt been in like a year but i told em when an elder came and he came back anotherday telling me its ok and lets forget it so how is that,

  he dint say come back and then wel have a meeting to talk about ur possition or tell me off or anything i just keep geting called apon to come back everyone misses me and that all is forgoten,

  so is he lieing and am i going to get jumped on asoon as i start going back,

  im not going to start going back im just saying that as if i did,cos why all the softy soft aproach to me ,

  coming to the door all time begging me to come back and forget the past if realy they gona diss me or somat,is it that they may be unbeknown to others who dont know my sit or any others whos done the same may be geting let off with the blood now,

  also listener said there will be a falling away and it does say that in bible but i think its from beleiving in god not from falling away from a religion.

  dint jesus say somat liek neither being hot or else cold or sumthing like , i think he means what ever ur doing either way do it for him fully not by halfs cant be just warm,so i think it means if u arnt folowing that religion it dont matter aslong as u still beleive whole hearted in him he dont care either way how u doing it aslong as its all for him what ur doing, some one can correct me i know u will.

  iv been reading about books not put in the bible like the book of thomas and the book of mary magdaline and the book of enoc,

  if found them a very interesting read,

  also watched a tv program on the subgect a few months back and they were saying on it that they were taken out of the bible by preists in the early years cant rem what year they said

  and disregarded burnt and stuff cos they dint agree wi them and only had books they agreed wi put in to the bible.so if that were true then we got a small percentage of what we should have to read from the scriptures

  and if we did get a book brought out wi them all back in then what would be revield then,

  i could have it all wrong bt im going on the tv program and what iv been reading on line.
