  The video is disturbing.We really have not learned much from our past.We ridiculed Germans in the first and second world war.Now we treat Middle Easterners badly because of the war in Afghastianistan.We really do not learn from our past.we only repeat it.Me personally I have lost faith in my fellow Americans, hate has done us in.We have become the very thing we have hated.This country is screwed their really is no hope

  i have been living in china for several years now and my only fear was that one day, i would need to use one of their squat toilets.

  i cant squat that close to the ground but the chinese can with their feet flat on the ground and without raising their heels .

  so the day finally came when for several weeks i was forced to use one.

  been thinking about this and curious about what makes us all come to the decisions we came to in our fade/exiting the jw organization.. i think for myself having been born-in & raised a jw my doubts about the generation doctrine had simmered for years within me quietly and by the time i finally left in 2003 i had reached my breaking point.

  also seeing unjust treatment of rank & file witness ( myself included ) just propelled me into my decision even quicker.

  so - one day after meeting with 3 elders in a back room before a meeting and seeing their judgmental aggression towards me - i just told myself " enough is enough ".

  I left in 2008. But I started having doubts much sooner than that.I started having doubts about the anointed, that never sat well with me, even as a child.The fade with my family was fairly quick,We all just stopped going for personal reasons.We left in November of 2008 but I forget the date of that month. Anyway I have been an ex Jehovah Witness and an Atheist for about 4 and a half years. It feels good to be free

  i am a college trying to maintain good grades.college is stressful especially this year.have any of you who are still in college, or went to college found it to be difficult in any way shape or form?.for me i am worried about finding a good career after i graduate.since the job market is still slow.. thanks.

  Thanks for the encourgement.I am in my third year of college and I am majoring in General studies.I might major in Political Science or Sociology.I hope college helps to get a job soon.I am 20 yrs old by the way and still looking for a job.
