Ottawa Canada Day 2011 Prince William and Lady Katherine
by Lady Lee ini cannot believe the pictures i got.
i am very surprised i can see anything on them.
i was sitting about a football fiend away from the stage and had pretty much given up getting any picture of them but i was smart enough to bring my tripod and after putting the camera away decided to try it.. i have an old kodak v530 not impressive so i was amazed.

Who's the most intolerant religious group?
by Wonderment ini would like to hear people's opinions on intolerant religious groups?
who wins?.
somehow, i have this notion that pentecostals would win 1st place, followed by baptists, followed by jw's.

Sorry, I wrote that wrong it was, "If you are not in it for love, I'm out of here"

Hi Ten Yrs, after..Loved that band... You said something about Shania Law.
I believe in the Shania Twain law: "If you're in it for love, I'm out of here" Now, that's really intolerant.

I think the Gideons are the most tolerant religious group. Have you ever seen one of them. No, they are invisible, yet they manage to leave a Bible in every Hotel room known. You know what goes on sometimes in those Hotel rooms, right? Yet, they still manage to leave their Bibles.
They are also the most secretive.

80% of all web sites are pornagraphic

Good point, Anony.
How does one come up with a figure of 80%? Could it be, that they are right on this estimate? How could we be certain?
What makes up the remaining 20%? Who really cares. We could say that 80% of the food in a Grocery store is Junk food. Is that going to make you stop shopping for food. Maybe we should shop with someone with us. Oh, the images of those Coco Puffs. Those chocolate bars..mmmm.
Sorry got carried away

57% of all publishers pioneered in April
by hoser inwe had a letter read this afternoon after the watchtower study that said we had 54,408 auxillary pioneers in april and with the regular pioneers it totaled 64,855 in full time preaching in april.
57% of the publishers.. so my guess is that the co will come down hard on any congregation that didn't meet those numbers next april.. i think the 30 hour thing had it's desired effect.. hoser.

Idle question about Abraham and Human Sacrifice
by corpusdei ini don't have my usual resources in front of me, so i can't fact check this, but there's been something bothering me.
one of the things mentioned quite often as evidence of the wickedness and evil practices of the false religion that surrounded ancient israel is the practice of child sacrifice (baal and molech being the frontrunners as i recall).
but ...... didn't god tell abraham to kill his own son isaac as a human sacrifice?

New Chapter: You discuss many issues....just wanted to say a few things. I believe in a caring God, and His son, Jesus. Not in imperfect men, that the Bible candidly described.
