Pray before having sex? What do you do when you get to that part, "Lead me not into temptation?"
This sounds like another one of those Karate Kid posts. You know, the Karate Kid puts the "wax on, and wacks off"
in the past i have read on this forum that the wt have a say in the "bedroom" of couples.
i thought that was a bit overkill at first, but recently i have come to conclusion that this is true.. the control administered by the wt cooperation on ones sex life is not on only intrusive, its damaging.
they control every aspect of ones thought and action, thus leading most down a path that said corporation wants them to tread.. this path is to get married young, and then eternal loyalty the the organisation.. so how can an organisation force you to get married young?.

day 1 release - return to jehovah .
day 2 release - jesus - the way, the truth, the life .
day 2 release - become jehovah's friend - .
That Lost Sheep brochure has some subtle messages in it. In some personal experiences expressed it mentions actions that are not manifested in our treatment of DF'd ones. Note:
HOW WILL THE
CONGREGATION
RECEIVE ME?
You can be sure that members
of the congregation will warmly
welcome you. Rather than criticize
or judge you, they will con-
firm their love for you and do
whatever they can to encourage
you.—Hebrews 10:24, 25.
“I was embarrassed to return to
the Kingdom Hall. I wondered
how the friends would treat me.
One of our elderly sisters who
was there 30 years ago said to
me, ‘Welcome home, Son!’ That
really touched my heart. I was
truly home.”—Javier.
“I went to the Kingdom Hall and
sat in the last row so that no
one would notice me. However,
many began to recognize me
from the days when I had attended
as a child. They welcomed me
and embraced me so affectionately
that I felt an overwhelming
peace. It was as if I had come
home.”—Marco.
HOW WILL THE ELDERS
HELP ME?
The elders will treat you kindly.
They will commend you for your
desire to rekindle “the love you
had at first.” (Revelation 2:4)
They will mercifully help you to
correct any mistakes you have
made, doing so “in a spirit of
mildness.” (Galatians 6:1; Proverbs
28:13) The elders may arrange
for someone to conduct a
study with you, perhaps in a
publication such as Draw Close
to Jehovah or “KeepYourselves
in God’s Love.” Rest assured
that the elders will comfort and
support you every step of the
way.—Isaiah 32:1, 2.
“During the eight years that I
was inactive, the elders kept
reaching out to me. One day, an
elder showed me some pictures
he had taken of us. They brought
back so many wonderful memories
that I began to long for the
joy I felt when I served Jehovah.
The elders lovingly helped me
reestablish a spiritual routine.”

have you noticed the article entitled "watch your associations in these last days" in the new august 2015 study watchtower?.
unless i'm reading it wrong, or somehow misinterpreting it, it is saying that we should be kind to intentional breakers of god's laws inside and outside the congregation, including fornicators, but that we must not be close associates with them.. are they already preparing for a shift in their disfellowshipping practices?.
here are the relevant paragraphs:.
"Be Kind, but don't get close" The Dictionary describes being kind as an adjective. It's meaning says," indulgent, considerate, or helpful: humane, ie Be kind to animals"
Maybe there will be a change in how we treat DF'd ones
as a very young child i have memories of several book burnings done by jw families.
it wasn't something arranged by the congregation, but elders did participate in it.
it was actually scary for me as a child of only about 8 years old.
i saw a rumor a few weeks ago on reddit that the new imitate jesus convention is supposed to present new light and clarified understandings on the disfellowshipping/disassociation practices.. supposedly, if this rumor has any truth to it, there will be a talk given at the convention about how we should not be strict like the pharisees in how we shun people, loosening up some of the jw rules about this practice.. has anyone here heard anything about this or have more info on it?.
heyo!.
i'm quite interested in knowing the average age of those of us who use this forum.
i made a quick strawpoll that you can find at the following link: http://strawpoll.me/4340636 just pick an age and click "vote" if you wish to participate.. admins: if this breaks any rules, i apologize in advance..
did you watch the story about the jw who was working as a burger boy at some diner and his boss wanted him to work on sunday during the time of his meeting?
this faithful jw decided he could not attend a later meeting (6 pm sunday meeting) and soon quit his job(or got fired to attend his sunday meeting) so he could attend the sunday meeting he was assigned to.
i think he was on welfare because this story states he won't work on sunday morning because that's when his meeting is!
First of all I'm glad that this posting got it right when we changed his job as Dishwasher to Short Order Cook. I think that quitting that job was the best thing that he could do. In certain provinces, Employers have to consider an employee's religious right to not work on Sundays. So right or wrong, the legal system supports a person's religious rights. It doesn't matter if you are Moslem, Christian, Budhist, etc.
2nd of all, The Employer did this guy a favor in firing him from this job. I used to be a Short Order Cook and it was the worst job I ever had. No wonder he was smiling when he said he lost his job. That gave him dignity.
3rd of all, going to another meeting during the week happens all the time, and it is not going to change anytime soon.
i am 30 and i am hoping to meet the brother who i will love me for me and would want to marry me.
i want to marry only in the lord but as the balance of brothers and sisters are not even and i am getting older as time goes by, im kinda a little panicky now.
;(
at the end of april, there was a zone visit in france, with tv broadcast in all kh.. g. losch told he received a letter from a girl, 10 years old, baptised at 5, reg pioneer since 4 years !
what a fine example, he said....... let s imagine the faces of the parents in the kh!
i was happy to see i was not the only one to find it crazy.. if you have a child, you know how mature he is at 5. how can a child preach 2.5hours/day after 7hours of school and homework to do??
Wow, I missed that when I was watching the Broadcast. Can you imagine that? She would be invited to go to pioneer school, and give a note to her school teacher while being absent in doing so.
Kids now a days are sure different. You can encourage them to go out in FS, but, you can't convince them to do house chores, or eat their vegetables,
the july 2015 kingdom ministry says jws can't do international outreach through the internet, but to instead, point someone in the direction of jw.org site.. it's just another form of control.
the individual publisher is forced to send the interested one to a website fully controlled by the borg.. .
