Hey Agape,

The only reason I use the phrase "my Lord" is because it is "truth" in my heart. I have to address that the information came directly from Him, (per His instructions). If you rather me say "the Lord," instead, I can accomadate.

Do you claim special relations, above or beyond those to whom you write, with "your" Lord and Savior?

No, I (like you) am just a servant of that One. I'm nothing special have the same infirmities as the rest of mankind.

why the people to whom you addressed this post have not replied?

They "got the sense" of it, and had nothing more to say. This was revealed to me recently. :)

This is the 'key' teaching of the Bible:

"But these have been written down (Why?) that you may BELIEVE that Jesus is the Anointed Son of God, AND by believing you may have LIFE in his name."

"Whoever drinks from the water I will give him, will never get thirsty at all, but the water I will give him will become in him a fountain of water bubbling up to impart EVERLASTING LIFE."

Drinking this 'water' from the Source IS the key teaching of the Bible. By drinking this literal water (not KNOWLEDGE) you can have everlasting life inside of you, dwelling. Thus, if you die in the flesh, you will keep living for ever in spirit.

I apologize, here are the answer to your questions:

What is the exact view of Jesus?

The "exact" view of Jesus according to the WTBTS (JW corporation) is that Jesus is an angel, God's personal "chief angel" that was directly created by God personally. They "seldomly" want to admit that he is a "god" except only on the occaison that the "trinity" comes up. They believe in the flesh, he was a perfect man in perfect good looking flesh and all his powers beyond that where strictly from God.

How is the view of the whole trinity with god, holy ghost, son seen?

It is seen that there is not "trinity" at all. God is Father, son is an angel, holy spirit is a "force" that does things, not a person. According to the WTBTS.

What about the holidays? I know Christmas isnt Celebrated but y actually? And what about Easter.

They don't celebrate any of those holidays because if you look in ALL encyclopedias, all those holidays have non-christian roots. Because the rootage is "bad" they say the entire holiday is bad.

Just so you know, all of this is "per the JWs." Their understanding of the answer to your question about Jesus, has led them into replacing him and "coming in the place of him." They will openly admit they don't and Jesus IS important, but "slyly" he isn't. They replaced him in a "slick" manner to where you would never see it unless you had "eyes to see" and "ears to hear."

i recently started doing some studying of jehovahs witnesses, and i find most everything so logical, and the people involved have been so nice to me.

i'm 30, and currently am not associated with any denomination.. what i don't understand is how the word "cross" got translated into the bible if it's not right.

aren't we supposed to believe the bible?.

I can't believe you are actually debating about whether Jesus (if that is his REAL name) died on a pole or a cross.

Do you NOT know that "whatever" he died on,the instrument he died on is a DIGRACE in heaven. The cross/stake was not important to Jesus. His death, and his blood WAS important and to this day, ONLY his blood matters to him.

You don't have to believe me ..... ASK him YOURSELF.

The cross/stake is CURSED and when you bring it up in a debate, you are literally debating how Christ was CURSED!

Galatians 3:13

and just forthe record, he didn't die on a cross NOR a stake. You both can "thank" the 'false stylus' for that. What did he die on? It's not important... His blood and the "life" that blood gives when you drink it (wine) IS what is important.

Issue Facing Apostates

most of the stuff posted here is negative, hateful, and blasphemous against god.

even if many of you are right in saying that the jws are wrong on many and important issues, that does not make you right.

so unless you are convinced that there is no biblical god you are facing serious trouble when you die or if the lord comes during your lifetime.

Matthew 12:32 clearly says "blasphemy against JESUS is FORGIVEABLE."

You believe in a trinity, that is your choice. But, you cannot contradict the Christ for the sake of your "belief."

There are 3 birthdays mentioned in the scriptures. The third one is in

Genesis 21:8

If you can't celebrate a "birthday" why celebrate this?

Also, what is a new Witness to do if his/her family doesn't support the same beliefs, and still wants to participate in Christmas festivities?

Usually, they will tell you to make sure you personally don't celebrate any of it. You can gather with your family, just don't engage in the celebration.

Does it really matter if Christ was crucified on a cross or a stake?

No, it doesn't matter at all. Whether it was a cross or stake, you don't want to go "carrying it around." Christ considered the "instrument" he died on a "curse" to him. Not something you want to remember.

I was a JW. It's terrible how at first everything seems nice and true and they have scriptures to back everything up. The BAD part is that once you get baptized, if you ever disagree with what is printed, you are an automatic "apostate" and are "expelled" immediately.

My 'issue' was that I had proof, and they cannot refute it to this day. They rather stick to the Watchtower, even if its wrong and HOPE doctrine "changes" rather than simply obey because it is in the scriptures."

That is not the real "issue." The REAL "issue" that all should be concerned about JW or not, is:

"This is the basis for judgement, that the Light has come into the world, but men have loved the darkness rather than the Light, because THEIR WORKS WERE WICKED."

John 3:19, 20

The light has come into the world and has EXPOSED all men as IMPOSTERS and WICKED MEN. Men in their pride, wanting to be RIGHT, have HATED the light, because it PROVED THEM WRONG. Rather than actually "admit" to it and CHANGE, they stick to the darkness that DOESN'T expose you for who you really are.

The "time" to change is now. For the Day is coming when "no man can change" and you will be judged for who you really are, AS YOU ARE on Judgement Day.

for that IS the BASIS FOR JUDGEMENT. This, is the REAL issue.

i was raised jehovah witness.

i am not practicing at the moment!.

it's been over 15 years, that i don't attend the kingdom hall.. i have been married with a man that is a practicing seventh day adventist, and as everyone knows the conflicts in our beliefs are tremendous.. i don't agree with his beliefs and visa versa!.

And here is where the hypocrisy comes in.......

They tell you to "obey" the new covenant by not celebrating a Saturday "sabbath," but they PROHIBIT you from "eating and drinking" to the new covenant which also is to be obeyed along with everything else.

If you are not IN the new covenant, why are you under obligation to observe it?

i'm sure this has been brought up before, but it gives me the willies(brrrrrr!

) to say the...jw words.

since i don't believe they are god's witnesses, then i can't say the words.

Well, it's not like "Jehovah" is the Father's real name anyways. No one has the 'authority' to be known as Jehovah's witness UNLESS they are equivalent to Jesus in "fulfilling" the ENTIRE Law.

Because the Christ did this, he was now rightfully, The Father's Witness, the "Faithful Witness." All others who 'followed' him were "witnesses of Jesus."

Jehovah is the "accepted" name of God. A name accepted by "men." Jehovah's witnesses took that name that was "accepted by MEN" to use. Holy spirit, however gave those who are 'sons' of God in the household the name of their Father who begot them. Such a name is given to each 'son' to address his Father as a true member of the household of God.

They all saw the Kingdom of God. Before John passed away, he was 'taken' into the Kingdom of God and given the revelation. He was the last 'apostle' to see the Kingdom of God before he passed. The question wasn't when the Kingdom was coming, for it already was "in their midst."

The question was, "When is the Lord Jesus coming?"
