  Stabbing at my old kingdom hall yesterday

  a man stabbed his wife outside her church thursday afternoon at kingdom hall on old spartanburg road, authorities said.. leonard edwards jr., 46, was being held thursday night in the greenville county detention center on charges of attempted murder and possession of a knife during commission of a violent crime, according to master deputy laura campbell of the sheriffs office and jail records.. the woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital, campbell said.

  she said the woman was stabbed once in the back.. about 30 to 40 church members were present for the bible study, campbell said.. a man asked the woman to come out of the church, and she did, campbell said.. she then ran back into the church followed by a man armed with a knife, campbell said.. the man had knocked her to the ground and stabbed her, she said.. when deputies arrived, congregation members were holding a man in the sanctuary, campbell said.. .

  Take it from a guy diagnosed with depression: Those are symptoms of depression. Please go to a doctor and get treated. The right meds will make a big difference. I know exactly how you feel. I hope you find some motivation and joy. Best wishes...

  I 'got holy' and told my aunt, FlyingHighNow something sililar. I'm sure it hurt her as this is hurting you. There's always hope , I made amends with Heather and we are closer than ever. It can happen to you...I'm sorry that you are having to deal with this. Thingd can change, and I hope they do for you some day.

  Is it okay for a JW to handle blood in a medical place of work?

  hi everyone, i am curious to the stance and opinions of those who are in the know.

  my jw partner (we are seperated) applied for and got a job in a hospital working as a phlebotomist,.. odd i thought at first.

  as i am aware they collect blood samples and deliver blood to wards for a sister (uk senior nurse term) for administration to patients.

  Wy wife has been an RN since 1970. She was baptised in 1983. She routinely has administered blood all the while. There is a wt article about it in which it states that if it is the descision of the doctor, then the JW nurse can do so. My wife has never gotten any flac from the elders over it.
