he thinks it may be removed before they publish the agm.
i doubt we would see it in writing either.. part of kenneth's talk was about the changes regarding disfellowshipping and the clip from jw thoughts youtube shows him saying -.
They’re just trying to look nicer to keep from hemorrhaging members and losing their charity status/tax exemption.
Ten bucks says that at the grassroots level, the asshelders will still treat the congregations in a heavy-handed manner, and the problems will continue…

The main “problem” is that they are trying to avoid or mitigate the negative consequences of the Org’s mistakes and misdeeds…
…but if said consequences are damning them no matter which way they go, that’s the way the cookie crumbles.
