August 7th going Skydiving - Want to come?

i went to get in my car the other day.

before i could start moving engine a jw pulled his car in behind mine then got out and walked up to my window.

he then said "you must be brother <biometrics>", i said "i'm <biometrics>" then looked at him as if to say "who are you?".

as some of you know, i started college 5 years ago for the first time at age 27. i had been out of the "truth" for 9 years at that time, but had just broken free of the mentality.

well, on saturday i walked across the stage with the 130th graduating class at rocky mountain college!.

after 5 years of working several jobs, taking care of two little boys as a single mom, and trying to get the most out of my college experience, i earned my master of accountancy, bachelor of science in business management, and minors in writing and organizational leadership.

that is awesome, what you have accomplish with 2 little ones is truley amazing, you will surely see the value in having a degree during the next many years.

Both of my children did not go to college because i did not "wake up in time" and once I did, I realized it was too late,

They attempted CC but baled because as I believe it was never a real goal for them - just an afterthought.

You did it! and you can make sure your children have a great future and also make sure they go on to Higher Education, too!

Couple of the things

1) OVerlapping Generation KWAP (Elmer Fudd speak) Stupid

2) Asking for $$$$ at Circuit Assembly when I found out the Rental was 1/5 of what they were stating was the "Shortfall" (that cost included FREE PArking) Absurd

3) All the Money in selling all of SPAIN BETHEL going to USA Coffers and then leaving the country and all the friends that built it with Sweat. Tears and $$$ got left holding the EMPTY bag. Disgracefull

4) not apologizing for the all Pedophilia and make the Settlement for the Silent lambs NOT at full disclosure (JEsus would have been ashamed of that situation). Embarrased

5) Finally reading Freddies Book in 2010, was finally pleased with what I read - Happy

I could go one,,,but they all add up to "gotta get out of here" pronto.

I hope my wife can see it too! Help me help her

Known Pedophile takes young boy to bathroom at circuit assembly....WTF?

my mil's circuit assembly was this past weekend.

she came over for dinner to our home after the assembly.

in conversation, it came up that a known pedophile was seen walking to the bathroom holding a young boy's hand-no relation to the boy at all, although that wouldn't make a difference!

i am no longer one of jehovah's witnesses(well mentally that is)---however i am a christian...i recently started reading different translations from www.biblegateway.com...jesus is so different to how the jw's teach....and god...i mean, i still am learning and confused about certain things but i am in love with them.... it's obvious that the jw's are not an organization of god.i don't think god is working through an organization but through individuals...however i am going to speak to an elder tomorrow about my issues---all of them---and i'm going to tell him everything--what i've been reading,where i got it from---everything!!

i'm not hiding anything!

i have done no wrong....i just want to be a true christian and if they disfellowship me for seeking answers then this is not where i need to be.

can someone post this in this thread please?

i don't know why the wife didn't get any jw calenders for 2012, but i was over at my dad's last night and looked through his for a few minutes.. in the upper right corner, it had a woman reading through a scroll, and i could swear it was referring to abraham and sarah.

now i'm no bible scholar, but i would find it pretty unusual for sarah to be reading through a scroll.
