Yes, it is strange how a woman was told back in the past that she could not leave her husband if he was gay, was beating her, or was a criminal. But if the man drops out of the "truth" that is called "spriitual endangerment" and she can leave, but she can not remarry. That shows that they are all screwed up about everything.

I joined a skeptics group here in town and we have a blast. I don't miss the Kingdom Hall at all. Surprise, surprise!!! They are a lot more fun and much smarter than the dubs.

"New light" and BLOOD ...

i just had a flash in my head.. in the wt 07/2013, the "new light" is basically saying that there was no appointment of a faithful and discrete slave in the christian era until 1919. if this is true, then no "spiritual food at the proper time" was served after jesus' resurrection, for over 1886 years.

that means that the decree of the "apostles and older men" in jerusalem, recorded in acts 15:24-29, isn't "food at the proper time", and shouldn't be mandatory for christians.

this includes the order to "abstain from blood".

The governing body and their writting staff do not understand what a deep grave they have dug themselves. It's mindboggling the holes that are in this "new light."

today i added a new article to my blog taking a closer look at watchtowers doctrinal position that jehovahs witnesses should not even eat a meal with disfellowshipped individuals.

as it turns out watchtower holds families among jehovahs witnesses to one standard and holds itself to a wholly different standard.

JW visit

for some reason my neighborhood gets worked over by the jws constantly.

they are here every week going up and down the streets.

it's a comfortable, safe neighborhood with nice houses.

They will probably discuss amongst themselve that you were not sheeplike. If you ask questions, any at all, they lable you as unhumble and unteachable and that they shouldn't waist their time on you.

It will be interesting to see if they do indeed send a man back as a direct result of this call. It could be months before you see them again.

YouTube... the best place to awaken JWs

it's clear that dubs in general eventually forget to heed the counsel of the wt as regards viewing spiritually "dangerous" material on the internet.

this is evident by the thousands of uploaded videos of assemblies, conventions, caleb videos, kh weddings, kingdom melodies, etc.

that can be found on youtube and other similar sites.

I have seen those and they are good. Now I only watch so called "apostate" videos on YouTube. Much more entertaining.
