As for the kids that supposedly support her; most of them are probably just using it to bunk off school.
When the Thunberg(tm) franchise goes to preach in China and India (on a yacht ), I'll be impressed.

Swathes of blue haired feminazis and cowardly SJW antifa thugs line the streets (if they can be bothered or have the energy to get of their sweat sodden couches as they whinge on Twitter), to shut down opinions that hurt their feelings on the matter.
Bottom line, I think most of this is just a trend for attention seeking trendies and sad losers.

Do not be under illusion, The JWs shun their own family for refusing to be JWs. Their own family!!

My question is, do you think they want to convert my children?
Either that, or they want to 'count time(tm)' on the report they give to their leaders. They need to fill a quota of reported time or be looked down upon. Talking to and taking your kids to meetings counts as 'time(tm)'. The more 'time(tm)' they count is the less they are looked down upon.
But, beware. The meetings(tm) and 'studues(tm)' will damage your children's minds.
Without ever having a discussion with the JW family, what do you think their goal is?
It will be Kudos for them. Probably to get accolades for getting converts - which is rare. It will help the leaders look good in front of their leaders (the Circuit Overseer(tm) ) with all the extra 'time(tm)' spent in 'ministry(tm)'.
Could it be harmless?
To the extreme. Not only to the mind but the Jehovah's witness organisation is riddled with child molesters and sexual predators. Get those kids away from there NOW!
See the Australian Royal Commission where this evil cover up was exposed.

i have no fear of public speaking.
i was a shy kid, fat, clumsy, with crooked glasses and worse teeth, who wore hand-me-downs in one of the wealthiest counties in all of america, who sat still while classmates got up to salute the flag or recite the pledge of allegiance.

No more than any other Jobo. The Elder's schools were absolute crap. they haven't helped me with any techniques. I wish they had.

Not at all. Maybe for some. I just wanted to serve Jehovah(tm) and be a real help to the congregation. I do know of some Elders that were bullies...they are still in the Jobo cult now!

Circuit Overseer to Answer My Questions + Concerns...or Not
by Research inhello all, i'm 'researching', a jw who is in the first steps of taking a look at their beliefs.. i've semi-recently (about a couple weeks ago) heard about the sexual abuse cases (pennsylvania attorney general’s investigation request) and then the arc in 2015. this lead to a deep investigation, which lead to many questions arising.
a jw friend of mine suggested i be careful (due to apostates) and ask the brothers.
so i typed up my questions + concerns and emailed an elder my mother has known for a long time.
