  June Service Meeting part: Marriage, separation and divorce

  i'm curious as to why this is a national topic for a service meeting part?

  has anyone any thoughts on this?.

  I fell under the "under 21, get married fast to the first guy that likes you" group. I was also in the group that fell under, " oh shit that was stupid, now I am married to an abusive jerk, after a couple years of doing it god's way and not working, I think I will do this MY way" group.

  I was 20 when I got married and at the time that was almost old. I think I know of only one person I was friends with whose marriage is still together. Everyone else got married at 18, had a kid, broke up and now living in their parents house with their kid.

  Who is your hero?

  personally, as a computer programmer, my hero is a bit odd perhaps - gordon ramsey.

  i think gordon ramsey is awesome.

  no nonsense - he tells boring, lazy, mediocre people that they are mediocre, and passionately tells them what they are doing wrong... because he wants them to do better.

  How can you spot an über-Witness?

  is there anything that would let you know, right away, that you're dealing with someone extremely witness?.

  - They have a manical smile and pop anti depressants, while saying that they are "the happiest people on earth"

  - They laugh nervously when you say the words "Dissfellowship" or "Generation changes"

  - They take 1 hour donut breaks out in service

  - They own a four door car with balding tires and the paint peeling and call it the "Pioneer car"

  - While out in service in a nice nieghborhood that talk loudly about which house will be thiers after Armageddon

  I think I might get a few laughs at this, but I was told to put toothpaste on a bad zit and it drys it up. I did try it and it did work. I am not sure if it was because of the tooth paste or just the passage of time. Perhaps the person who suggested it to me thought it would be a funny joke on me to have a minty face?

  i've been watching from the sidelines for a while... reading about your experiences and it has helped me a lot!!!.

  i am a 27 yo girl, i converted into a jw @ 20, at was going thru a difficult time in my life and they bastards sucked me in!!!

  i did not realize how controlling things were going to get... about 1 year into my study i moved w another single sister and then baptize, looking back i think i went thru w baptism because i fell pressure by the "loving" congregation that wanted the best for me... i remember coming out of the pool and one of the brothers saying "another victim" and taking a pic of me... anyways, that wasn't the worst of it.... remember single female!!

  Night Sweats and Burns...Heart Trouble or Pre-Menopause Symptoms?

  these come and go on and off.. have you had experience with them, and are they something to worry about?.

  someone said that the sweats are a symptom of a heart problem.. i'm going to my doctor to ask him, but would like to know your experiences, as well..

  I have taken meds that the side effects were night sweats. Maybe check your current medications?

  I have watched all this videos and think they are hilarious ! I have to fight the urge to email these to my JW family - cause I personally think they are universally funny and so true - JW or not !
