the elders knew about this and even encouraged it, until i started to ask the wrong type of questions, mostly of the kind: "can you provide verifyable evidence for that?".
anyway, they wanted to meet to discuss my current position towards the religion and towards the bible.
Thank them for paying attention to your spiritual needs. Tell them that you now can understand why Jehovah selected them to shepherd the flock. Tell them how you're trying to do better but how satan keeps bringing you down.
Then after they leave go puke your guts out.

We are all survivors here and like survivors of anything we tend to group together. It's healthy. As far as the bashing goes I think I've slowed way down. I don't feel the constant anger I once did. In fact it seldom shows up.
Some have a need to talk about events. Others have a need to listen. It's all good.
