Adjusting underwear in public & other crap
by Leander inhave you ever been somewhere in public and without any warning what so ever your underwear decides to place you in a german suplex?
i was a victim this afternoon at lunch, i was in the middle of the cafeteria and i got so tangled up that even certain hairs were intertwined.
i felt like screaming, somehow i managed to ease my way to the washroom and straighten out matters.. i'm throwing out all my briefs when i get home.

How many here work for yourselves?
by Leander insome of you may have read some of my earlier posts about my job issues, well i followed the advice that some of you contributed and i'm on my way to starting my own business.
i have a fairly good strategy that i will attempt to follow but i'm back again for more advice.. my first goal is to obtain a business license and establish a business name.
tomorrow i'm going to spend a few hours at the library and try to read up a bit on the different ways to proceed with a small business.

Could someone relate to me what steps you went thru in the process of starting your business?
What advice would you give to a new comer?

Missing the Target for 125 Years!
by JanH inmissing the target for 125 years .
the organization that more than 5 million jehovah's witnesses believe to be "god's channel" of communication to mankind, is strangely also the organization with a monumental record of failed predictions.
after examining dozens of watch tower society (wts) predictions we failed to find a single one that was right.

Great post Jan. This is the number 1 reason why I walked away, there is no way any sensible person can review that information and still believe that the WTS is the only true anything.
On second maybe they really are the only true false prophets

Good call on the movie Cube and I totally forgot about Fight Club, that was incredibly good. Especially the scene where Norton beats the hell out of his own body in front of the boss.
What was Lost Highway abour?

Was'nt Conan O'Brien one of the writers on that show for a while?
And it probably would'nt surprise me if Kelsey Grammer and Phil Hartman wrote for the show as well? Especially considering the fact that they did a lot of voice work for some of the characters.

lmao @ Running Man, that was seriously funny. God I love that show
There's one episode where Homer and Lisa are in a computer cafe and Snake comes in and steals their bank funds. I forget exactly how he says it but he yells out his signature "Bye" followed by "backslash losers"

The other scene I find hilarious is with Mojo the helper monkey, Homer drops the monkey off in front of the building he got him from and Mojo types the words "Pray for Mojo". (one of those scenes you have to see to appreciate)
