  Please forgive me...!!

  i'm new here and this is the first post i make (i promise that more will come).

  i have been following most of the posts made here quietly for about 4 months and i would like to thank all of you who are called apostates for the well documented and researched material you have presented here.thanks to you i know now the truth about the wt organization and i'm no longer blind and misled.

  i disassociated myself about 2 months ago after 15 years of very "faithful" service to the society.i was regular pioneer for 12 years and an elder for 8 years, i served mainly as the service overeer.my experience was published in the 2 of the society's magazins.. as i was a very zealous and prominent elder in my circuit i zealously promoted the organizational rules and i allowed myself to be fully used by the society to promote those mind controle techniques that now i know hurt those who were my sheep.

  I HAVE CANCER

  i found out the other day that i have endometrial cancer.

  needless to say, i'm shocked, angry and desperate.

  i blame this on my incompetent doctor who did absolutely nothing when i first went to him two years ago and said "there's something wrong here.

  I think everyone has already given you good advice. I just wanted to say that I am sorry that you are facing this. If you take control of your own health decisions it will make you feel more in charge. That is what I had to do with my chronically ill daughter.

  witness sites

  on a post by jonathanseagull, he was talking about going onto witness sites, posing as one, and talking to them.

  i surfed a little on the net, and checking out some of the sites, i noticed that there are bigtime restrictions to get in.

  they are very critical, better be a witness, etc to even be considered to get in.

  Dear Freedom;

  My ex husband who is an elder tried also to take my children away. He tried to use the JW silliness in court of law. They thought he was crazy. You be the sane person in court and it speaks so much louder then anything she is going to say.

  My experience is to ask the court for a law guardian who is the lawyer for the child involved. Also bring up the fact that this child will not be exposed to many things because of the restrictions of the borg. I have found in all the cases I have dealt with that the courts really do not like the JW belief. I was given sole custody of all my three children he was given visitation only if I allow it.

  Make sure you have a good lawyer. Good Luck keep us posted.

  i am having a very difficult time and i am here right now because i know in my heart, that when i explain what has just happened to me a few minutes ago, you will understand.

  many of you are no doubt going through the same thing.. within several posts here, i have spoken of my mother.

  my dear sweet mother, who just turned 78, and who has been a faithful jw since 1959. she abandoned me in 1981, when i decided to leave the borg, and for twelve years she did not speak to me, write to me, call me, or visit me.

  I am so sorry this has happened to you. It can crush you emotionally which is exactly what the borg wants it to do. I think you handled it well. Healing will come in time and believe me when I say time. It is like a death you will go through different stages of grieving what you have lost.

  I also lost most of my family when I left the religion. I was very close to my grandparents, in fact took care of them for many years. My grandmother is still alive and the family will not even let me see her at all, even though she begs them to see me. If is abuse in the worse form. My uncle told me that if I contacted her even if she calls me he would have to discipline my grandmother. My grandmother is 92 years old. He is revolting to me.

  Well everyone here is thinking of you. Take care of yourself do something in the next few weeks that will make you smile.

  How about Uncle Miltie's Angels. Actually I think that must have been about Knorr's time period. So would have to be Nathan's naughties. I kinda thought the devil kid kinda looked like Mike Mosto when he was a kid.

  Hundreds Attend JW Funeral

  the bradley children were buried in a jw service in jackson, mississippi with hundreds of friends, family and schoolmates in attendance.

  story entitled "funeral held for bradley children.

  5 killed in car accident with drunken driver.".

  WOW that is heartbreaking. I sure feel bad for those parents, I can't even begin to imagine the pain of losing all of your children at once. I see the drunken driver is in critical condition if he recovers I am sure they will prosecute to the fullest extent the law will allow.

  Welcome Nilfun!!!! I also do not post alot on this board but I read alot here. I did read your bio and yes I believe you are right that there is a definite cast system in place with the JW's. They will tell you it is not true, but when you lived it, you realize that what you were told is based on lies. Glad to have you here.

  Wind I am so sorry for your loss. I also am sorry that someone on the boards is hurting you. Just remember people like that are in the minority, the majority are concerned for you and care for you.
