  please let me know if anyone can get me a copy of the fifth estate program on the jw abuse problem.

  i heard the story but i wouyld love to watch it and i would like to be able to show it to some of my family.

  dan fitzwater used to pull his daughters pants down to beat their butts well into their teens.

  dan, of course is a child molester.

  the only other man i knew that did that is also a child molester!

  Molestation vs Rape.......Question.....

  i would like to know what the legal description of rape is.

  i was under the impression that rape was when someone is actually penetrated by a person or object.

  i am confused because i have noticed that certain people are using the term rape in every incident of abuse.

  Looking for a BOE letter...

  we had an elder visit my husband this weekend and he said that the wts has given the elders new direction on the handling of child molestation but that he could not tell us what it said because it was confidential.

  i'm sure someone has posted this and it is probably more bs.

  i told my husband they tell the elders it is cofidential because it gives the elders a sense of power knowing they have info that the rank & file don't have.

  Two witness rule IS A MAJOR PROBLEM

  it may not be the main problem or the only problem and i do agree that this needs to be treated as a criminal issue, but let me give you a very good example of why it is important for a problem like this to also be taken care of congergationally.. my father in law dan fitzwater sr has now been taken care of criminally.

  ( no thanks to the wts) he is in prison for child molestation.

  he has been abusing children for a very long time, but he is only serving a short time in prison.

  i have read some of what is being said about the ray franz/bill bowen incident.

  i did not read the first post by bill bowen and only came to know about it recently, but from what i have read things are blown out of proportion.

  the mistake that i think that is being made here is that this seems to be a bill vs ray fight.
