  i responded to logicals post wooooooooooooooaaaaahhhhhh and asked if anyone noticed that xinoehpoel spelled backwards was leo pheonix.. five shadows replied that he knew of the history of the pheonix but thought leo pheonix might mean something else.

  so i went to google search engine and typed in leo pheonix heres what i got!.

  i was glad to hear from him, but of course i got a good dose of jw reasoning along with the concern.. he mentioned he was on his way to a dentists appointment this morning and was listening to the awake!

  it was reported on the news that half of the ny fire force lost their lives today due to the tragedy at the wtc.

  i will pray for their families.. to all the fire fighter in the us and the world over.

  Gas Prices

  we have been informed in dayton that gas prices will go up by midnight by 4 dollars a gallon.

  i hope this is another false alarm, but i am filling up in either case.

  hi, folks.

  i know nytelecom works nearby (across the river?

  ), but i can tell you all that today has been (and will continue to be for a loooong time) the single most bizarre, surreal event i have witnessed.. i work in an office building at 26 broadway in manhattan, about 10 blocks from the world trade towers.

  as i was in the dentists chair this morning, i got the news and my heart just sank.

  i think of all those poor people and their grieving families, and my heart goes out to them.. well, you know, i have to say this: ....my money is on you.. i think you nailed it this time.... what is the verse about them "growing faint out of fear"???.

  all i can say is..stay tuned.....you guys ain't seen nothing yet..... the fun begins when the terrorists are identified and recompense is sought by the united states.. oh, and not to mention the ramifications in the global markets..... yep, like i said folks...."welcome to the gt.....and the finale is the big a"... this is a day that will go down in world history.. chipster

  Did you ever have an experiance with Holy Spirit?

  i have never felt the intervention of the holy spirit in my life.

  maybe that is one of the reasons i never felt like a good christian.. i think someone can take any situation and say it was the holy spirit acting in their life if they want to believe bad enough.

  i saw my mother do this many times.. anyone here had any experiences that they felt was the holy spirit acting in their lives?

  Holy Spirit? I guess you could say that it was Holy Spirit that lead me out of the Org. God works in mysterious ways.
