Bendrr, when I was a little girl, my grandmother would always pick someone to do this too. She woul have a small present under the tree and when it was opened there would be a note inside which had a clue to where the next box would be. That box would also have a note with a clue. She used about five different clues until you finally got to the main gift. It was fun.

Saying I'm sorry
by seven006 inthe words "i'm sorry" have been misunderstood in today's world to sometimes give the person who is saying it the position of being weak.
as if they are less than perfect because they are admitting they had made a mistake.
i see the opposite to be true.

Silliest thing that Witnesses told you was wrong?

in the early and mid 80s there were witnesses saying that the cartoon characters the smurfs were not acceptable for witnesses.
i had two smurf cartoon books and my mother made me throw them away.

I also remember being told that the tele tubbies shouldn't be watched because the symbol on one of thems head was to represent homosexuality. Does anyone else remember hearing this?

We Set Up The Tree
by LB inalthough we've been inactive for a couple of years now this is the first christmas we've celebrated.
while we know we may get dfed for putting one up we really don't care.. today while decorating the tree my wife is the happiest i've seen her in years.
she's singing downstairs and you just can't wipe that grin off her face.
