Well done, Beckss. You managed it in less than six months. I'll still be trying after a year, at this rate...

i still say that, christiaity is f--- up in these last days.. christianity teaches that the messiah is god, when the bible clearly points out that jesus is a prophet sent by god... jesus prayed to god<----that's the biggest proof... so i think if anybody believe that jesus is god, is not only an'-ti-christ(not accepting) but also a liar, foolish, and you knoweth nothing, and you are not close to god or christ, you are closer to that devil which we call satan....
Bang's quote is quite interesting, when you read it in context with an open mind.
Peter was acknowledging that Jesus was more than just a perfect man.
My understanding of the Trinity (not the half-baked WTS version that has distracted so many from the real doctrine) came from reading the bible, not the Early Church Fathers. Strangely enough I came to the same conclusions, and the more I read, the more it became apparent.
The greatest obstacle, that has to be surmounted, is acknowledging that God is "too big" for us to comprehend. We try squeezing Him into a cranial shaped box.
Just some fuel for the fire:
"It" can refer to a person or object.
"He" can refer to a person, or a personified quality.
Since the Holy Spirit is not a quality and is refered to as "it" and "he", doesn't is seem reasonable to suggest (Wt style language intended ) that the Holy Spirit is likely a person?
The same kind of language is employed of "wisdom", which is likely an allusion to Christ.
How is it that the Son is the wisdom and power of God? (1Cor.1:24)

96-year-old marries in hope of son after 30 daughters
.
a 96-year-old man has married for the eighth time in the hope of fathering a son after having 30 daughters.. dhanarup sejuwal from western nepal wants a male child to perform last rites and rituals after his death.. he reportedly fears damnation if he does not produce a son for the purpose.. the man from surkhet married 35-year-old sunpura after the death of his seventh wife, reports the kathmandu post.. a resident of the same village, known only by his first name neupane, said the pensioner was still "active and robust".. he told the kathmandu post: "all his seven earlier wives have already died but without giving any birth to any son".. the newspaper reports his new bride, from the dailekh district, "felt proud to be the wife of a man who had nearly passed a century".
The guy should face facts - he's firing "X"'s.

You sound surprised. Do I offend you, or am I missing your point?

The burden of proof is on your shoulders, since you made the assertation. What was the quotation, please?

In order of implied importance:
Recent literature shows that 1914, Blood, 144,000, etc. are now no longer doctrines that require to be understood before baptism (albeit still mortally binding). Please form an orderly queue for bible studies.

a few days ago, the residents of wsm were treated to an amazing free display of flying.. the red arrows, the uk's crack display team, were limbering up for the airshow at farnborough.
for almost an hour, the arrows performed almost overhead our house.
this was the manoevre that had us all gasping:.
We had the Red Arrows performing up here, last year. Quite a sight to behold!

so how many here were pioneers?
ha ha ha.
i used up my teenage years pioneering, good thing i didn't go to college or university i could be well educated and in a good job.poo.
I pioneered for a few years, from school. My teachers were astonished that I didn't continue my studies.
I loved pioneer school, and felt jealous when my kid brother later went and got a revised book. One born every minute, huh? Yup, and I was one of them.
I went back to college as a mature student, to get qualifications in I.T. and change career. I guess that must have been the beginning of the end, albeit I didn't know it!
